AN AGGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST! Was spoken to in the worst vindictive tone by the manger for having sat down for 10 minutes speaking to two friends. “are you guys going order anything yet cuz u can’t just hang out” and when told that we were in fact getting up to order, that second, she continued to aggressively clap her hands and stated we cannot ‘throw birthday parties and loiter’. T E N MINUTES and 3 PEOPLE. There were also two other groups at other tables who appeared to have finished eating their meals and doing just as much “loitering” as we were. Maybe a nice attitude, a question regarding our reasoning for being at the restaurant instead of assuming, a pay raise, and a day off could be helpful to her!!! Could not understand the aggressive tone nor behavior towards three women who had no idea that there was a time limit of how long one can stay sat down before having to order their food. As a sit down restaurant, i’m incredibly disappointed in the service given to us. IMPORTANT TO MENTION candles were not lit nor conversations inappropriate/loud. Manager was asked multiple times what the actual rule violation or reason for her behavior was (i.e. i asked her at one point if the reason for her scold was the unlit candles, to which she said ‘you also cant light candles here‘ then asked why this wasn’t mentioned in the first two minutes of scolding, she had no response) her complaint of “loitering” was the only mentioned reason as if she herself had no idea what her...

Ok I original made the first post for this place like 2 months ago...the service was so bad and the food was so awful I gave it 1 star. Tonight though around 6pm 11/1/17 My fiance and I decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE!!!! the guy behind the counter serving my husband started an altercation with him (which we WILL be reporting to his manager) my fiance simply told him (uhh you are going to have to put more than 2 pieces of meat on that taco bud) and the guy immediately snapped at him and said "ILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA" and my fiance said "no you won't charge me extra for anything the taco gets more than 2 pieces" and when he said this to him he made a motion with his hand towards the taco and the guy flipped out on him in front of a store full of customers and said "YOU BETTER NOT REACH BEHIND THIS COUNTER" my fiance was just absolutely shocked seeing as how he was NOT trying to reach behind the counter at all...he was shocked that this little punk who clearly has ZERO business in customer service or dealing with people AT ALL just treated him, a paying customer who did nothing wrong but want his damn food he was paying out the ass for made properly. This guy needs to be reprimanded or fired. Period. You don't start a fight with a customer. My fiance can't stand confrontation it is not in his nature and he literally thought this employee was going to come across the counter and put his hands on him. We will be contacting this...
