Absolutely filthy and disgusting place. Rude workers, and always a shoe alarm going off. They closed the back dressing room and filled it with crap but even before that they were rude about you coming try clothes on and never looked you in the eye. Now only the front dressing rooms are open and they suck because only two people can be there at a time. Clothes all over the floor and mixed things together on the floor. I honestly don’t even know who they put clothes on the floor with the clutter they have. I don’t even go in there anymore because of how rude and nasty the store and staff is. This place needs a whole reboot. New staff, new management, and a deep cleaning and declutterring, with open dressing rooms in the back, might as well hire more staff because despite all this they are clearly...
Read moreFirst time at Ross, bought a fragrence for my father for 4th of July. Keep in mind the fragrence box had no wrapper on it and was already somewhat opened when I got it. It was $17, but figured why not, its probably used. Come to find out he already had the fragrence so I went return it and they told me because the box had been opened that I couldn't exchange it for another fragrence. I tried telling them that it had no wrapper on it and was already previously opened, but apparently they dont resell fragrances that's been used. Weird cause could have sworn it was already opened before my purchase, box was in rough shape. I'll get any other fragrence I need from T.J.Maxx or Marshall's in Lafayette. Their return policy is better and they take better care of...

I shopped, trying on clothes and selecting items. In the kids' department, I saw an employee hiding behind a rack, but I ignored it. After trying on clothes and rejecting two items, I proceeded to checkout. However, the employee rushed to the fitting room, stating 'Code 49.' I felt profiled and furious, as I'd done nothing to raise suspicion. The employee, Louise, claimed it was protocol, but her actions were unjustified. Despite my spending $157.85, she called the police and banned me without apologizing or acknowledging her mistake, showing inadequate training and poor...
