I thoroughly enjoyed my takeout experience at this New Iberia location. The staff, especially my cashier Nevaeh, were super patient and helpful. I'm not vegetarian, but my diet is mostly plant based, which is why greek food is a common go-to for me when eating out. My goal was to try as many veggie dishes on their menu with a $20 budget. Neveah and the staff helped me identify the appetizers I could swap out without an extra charge. I was able to swap regular pita bread for wheat pita bread! This option ,alone, impressed me as many Greek places I have frequented don't even offer wheat pita. I settled on ordering the Zeus sampler, but swapped out the meat grape leaves for vegetarian ones and the hummus for a cheese pie. I ended up getting a meat pie in my plate by mistake, but it was okay. The grape leaves were probably one of my top 3 versions of the dish that I've every had. The lemon flavor had just the right amount of presence. The leaves were crisp and broke nicely after every bite, rather than having a stringy texture which can cause the roll to dissassemble when biting into it. The phyllo crust of the pies were perfectly crisp, light, and buttery. The meat one could have benefited from more seasoning to give it a flavor boost though. The creamy spinach sauce had a good spinach to cheese ratio but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. The meal also came with your choice of 2 dips. I choose the Baba Ghanoush and the Grecian dip. The Baba Ghanoush was light and tasty. The Grecian dip tasted alot like tiziki sauce. I like that the order can witha bed of lettuce and peppers. I didn't expect that. I also got a side feta salad, and appreciated the option for the sauce on the side bc i don't like alot of dressing. I chose olive oil. Overall, this is probably my favorite greek spot in New Iberis now! I look forward to revisiting to try the lentil soup, fried cheese and spinach baked kibbeh!!

Good chicken shawarma and gyro! Not a lot of lettuce on the salad but the dressing was yummy! $15 for a combo salad and drink is a good deal for me. I do wish they stayed open a little later than 8:30 though. They have the Dubai chocolates here, but unfortunately the chocolates weren’t good at all. I will Be back to try other menu items. Overall great dinner !! Outdoor patio dining as well. The Lebanese tea was very good 👍🏻

Every time I visit Zeus, Angele is one of the main reasons I continue to come back. She is exceptionally organized, incredibly well-mannered, and always greets everyone with a genuine smile. What truly stands out is her work ethic—she’s constantly in motion, whether she’s cleaning, assisting customers, or simply making sure everyone feels welcomed.

Angele has a natural way of making people feel valued. She goes above and beyond to please every customer, and it shows in the atmosphere she helps create. In a world where great service is hard to find, Angele is a true standout. Zeus is fortunate to have her, and guests like myself truly appreciate her dedication and...

Staff are always super friendly. Their desserts, kibbi, combo plates, and greek salads are delicious. Tried their baba ganoush for the first time yesterday (7/14) and it was the worst we’ve EVER had. There was at least 1/2 an inch of oil sitting on top. (I know a bit of olive oil is the norm but this looked like someone just dumped it on top.) I managed to scoop spoonfuls off but the baba ganoush was super runny, slimy and flavorless. Wasted money bc we had to throw it out. Disappointed bc I LOVE baba ganoush… and I’ve had it at the Zeus’s in the Lafayette locations (which...
