Went in yesterday to purchase a skull cap to cover my hair while I sleep. Well when I woke up my sheets and pillow cases were the same color as the skull cap. Called them to inform them what happen they offered to refund me the price of the skull cap, no it doesn't work like that in business you're liable for the products you sell to the public. I will report them to the better business bureau if this isn't resolved expeditiously. Not to mention the person who answered the phone laughed when I told them what happened. Shop else where...

Shopped here today,19 January 2024 (late afternoon) Can't say enough about the two young women that waited on me, both were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient,and just downright genuine in their concern about my desire and what made me look good. I went in for a mingle grey wig. I left with two totally different colors (wigs)

The color and style took a good 7-8 years off my appearance!

The reason I give them a 3 is because I don't understand how you can sell half of a product.
