Mattress Firm New Lenox — Hotel in New Lenox

I was a dreading buying a New mattress to start and a little concerned going in to Mattress Firm not knowing what I wanted, what to expect and expecting a pressuring sales person. But once I walked in everything changed. I received a warm greeting from their salesman to let me know he knew I was there, explained how the store was layed out and to tell me in a very friendly way to look around. That made me feel very comfortable. After about 15 minutes Ryan came over and Introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. By that time I did and Ryan took me around the store and explained the New types of mattresses, which they have them All, and how to choose the one that I needed. After 20 minutes of Ryan pulling out samples for me to try I felt I was ready and made my selection. Ryan handled all the paperwork and even had my mattress delivered the next day which was a Sunday which made this experience even more amazing. The delivery was scheduled between 10:00am and Noon. I got a call from the MF team at 10:05am that they were in my apartment complex and ready to bring in my mattress. on Friday I received another call from Ryan asking me if I liked the mattress, if it was working out for me and if there was anything else he could do. -- I cannot say enough about my whole Mattress Firm (New Lenox) experience. It was the Best major purchase I ever made. And when I'm ready to Up grade I'm going back to...

I woke up this morning with another back ache from a sleepless night. My car drove itself to Mattress Firm, I was determined to find the perfect night's sleep. It was a foggy morning as I entered the store as it opened at 10am. I was immediately greeted by two handsome gentleman, Nathan and Chris, with excitement in their eyes. A morning of perfect of answer and questions paired with a plethora of health information.

After having an idea of the brand and style of mattress, I "tested" the three available models of the TemperPedic to fit my lifestyle. I was turned on to investing in the adjustable base with massage. I felt zero pressure to commit to any upgrades, however, after hearing all the possibilities, I could not turn my back on any of them.

After receiving the incredible financing, I walked out of that store excited knowing that my new mattress was going to be delivered...

Extremely frustrated. I don’t recommend this place at all. The experience purchasing the mattress was decent, but it didn’t get delivered when it was supposed to be, and they didn’t care.

We were given a window of 6:15-8:15. We left a family birthday party to make sure we were home on time. We got home at 6:15 on the dot and found a “sorry we missed you” card on the door. We never received a call. We called the store and were told that they must have called us and they waited 15 minutes before leaving. This was said while we were on the phone at 6:20. We asked if they could call the truck and have them come back and were told no. The associate we spoke with didn’t care at all. I told him I was considering canceling the purchase altogether and he just said “ok I’ll take care of it.” So, I cancelled the purchase.

I haven’t been treated this way by a retailer in a very long time....
