Absolutely horrible experience. I went through the drive thru and mid way into ordering the young lady asked me a question to which I answered and then went completely silent for a good minute or more I decided to pull around to the window thinking maybe there was a bad connection she let me know when I pulled around that she was helping someone else. She didn't have the common decency to ask me to please hold a moment when I was ordering??? If that wasn't enough I pulled off and realized didn't have my drink so I went inside the store and talked with Caden who is very unprofessional and combative. He made it seem like it was my fault. He proceeded to make excuses and says I didn't order with drink to which I explained due to the lack of customer service at the drive thru there was no opportunity to clarify my order was correct. There was zero and I mean zero accountability. All Caden seemed to be interested in was pointing the finger. He is not customer oriented. I asked for a refund and will never...

I went through the drive-thru on 8/23/23 and ordered an Avo turkey add mushrooms and a farmhouse salad and a cookie and the mushrooms on my sandwich were raw and the salad looked like someone had eaten out of it already. I called the store and spoke with Caden who identified himself as the manager and he did nothing but made excuses for why my sandwich was not made correctly and that all of their farmhouse salads were made this way. Cadens customer service skills were very poor and he refused to rectify my dissatisfaction of my order. I will be escalating this issue to his boss the store manager who he states will be available on 8/24. I have visited this location several times on my way to work and any issues I had were immediately corrected but today with Caden they were not. Wow. I am simply speechless! I just had one of the best sandwiches I think I’ve ever had! Sensational. Spectacular even. You could tell every ingredient was harvested with care. Every loaf of bred sliced with precision. The best sandwich out there? Perchance. And might I add, the service was simply unmatched. The young lady who took my order, Ava I believe, was simply a joy! A gem! I ordered the Italian, and it really tastes incredibly authentic, as If i was really across the globe! Goodbye New Lennox, Hello Italy! The dream bar? DREAMY.
