I was awakened by Cash app with a notification that this restaurant updated my diner total to include an additional tips for the same amount that was tipped in cash. They are probably robbing you in your bank account try to push it over cause most people work miss this. But I specifically wrote CASH in all caps at that on my receipt along with the diner total that includes an increase of charges for the processing of the debit cards. This is completely in unacceptable and deceiving. Will repost how this matter handled but EXTREMELY pissed to be woken at 4:30 in the morning by this complete scam I am facing.
Update. I returned to the restaurant and spoke with two people. A young lady hosting and a man I am assuming is the manager or owner. He NEVER introduced himself or gave himself a title. They definitely presents friendly demeanors. Initially he tried to just take my information and put me on his time. He stated this issue occurred before and the SYSTEM is inputting the information incorrectly. When I returned with my card it was a different vibe with him and the hostess that initially greeted me. They even had the receipts out and ready looking for my order; the tune definitely shifted. We found the receipt and my signature. He expressed their regrets and offered to correct the charge on their end, which he could not resolve on his end. I have the proof I need and I warn people here and EVERY restaurant you dine in at to pay attention and keep proof of these receipts and transactions. I am always wondering about my balances in my account and I am starting to see these upfront companies are scammers...
Read moreI will never give this place my business again. I eat here all the time and I get the same skillet every time I come and have never had an issue until I came on Mother’s Day and then today. I get the veggie skillet and it’s always been cooked perfectly, however the last 2 times I came the vegetables were completely raw when the skillet came out. On Mother’s Day they fixed it and it was great. Today, however, I told our server the vegetables were barely cooked and she said they’d fix it. She brings it back, and the entire thing is burnt. Including the eggs. I asked for new eggs at first not realizing that everything under the cheese was black and hard. The eggs she brought out were still burnt, but had egg yolk running out of them. The replacements the brought me looked disgusting. I asked them to just make me the skillet the right way to go since my family was now done eating at this point, and the manager tells me no. I have to take that skillet because that’s how I asked for it. I said I asked them to cook it a little more because the veggies were raw and then I asked for my eggs to not be burnt and you brought me burnt and undercooked food and now I can’t have a skillet to go so I can still eat? She refused and I made her take it off the bill and then she charged me full price for the pancakes that came with the skillet that I gave to my son. Worst customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this place and it’s disgusting how they treat people when...
Read moreI’ll start by saying this is. “Les Brothers” restaurant so if you know then you know. Always pay attention to the details. One of the ways they like to get you here is with the OJ. They always ask if you would like some when you sit. If you look though, OJ is no where on the menu. I asked and was pointed to the cafe menu sheet but that also didn’t have OJ on it and also didn’t have pricing for what it did have on it. No where can you find the price of Orange Juice before you buy. I asked the price and the waitress had to go and look it up? Huh? Well the cost is…..$5.00 a glass! I would kinda like to mow the at before ordering. If I had a family of 4 there goes $20 extra on the meal without even being able to tell. Ok maybe fresh squeezed. I can understand that. But oh no, straight Minute Maid out of the carton…. For $5 a glass. This is why it is not priced or even on the menu. People would ask if it’s fresh squeezed and they would have to tell you it’s not and then have to justify the awkward pricing. Classic corner cutting / price gouging their restaurants have always done. Looking at you...
