This location would receive a perfect rating is if it wasn't for the god-awful mess that occurs in the parking lot during their dinner rush. The drive-thru line goes all the way around the building and pretty much up to and sometimes beyond the entrance to their parking lot. This, combined with the fact that multiple people are also coming and going from the restaurant makes for a sometimes nerve-wracking experience as you see the polite but, let's just say very experienced with living, folks precariously back there cars that do not have rear facing cameras out of parking spots and attempt to do a three-point turn with 7.25" of real estate to operate in. Often times, these folks would drive so very near my car that I could see their thoughts through their eyes. Also, why on Earth would you put a gross garbage can at the front of your waiting line for your drive-thru where people are supposed to roll the windows down to get their food? Either I have to throw up from the disgusting smell or get stung to death by the 37 bees that often fly about that garbage can. Turn that bad boy around or put it somewhere else please.
Update: it has been almost 30 full minutes and I'm still waiting for my food in the drive-thru line. It is not even crowded in the restaurant since I can see half or maybe more of the parking spots are...

When I asked the lady at the counter to leave the butter off the burger she said "its a butter burger and comes with butter on it"...I told to please not put the butter on the bun and she reluctantly complied. I had a coupon for a buy one two scoop sundae and get one free and she said they charge for each topping. I told here a sundae is ice cream with a topping but she said that is not the definition that they use and they charge for each topping. While I was discussing this with her other employees thought it was funny smirking in the background! I spoke with the Manager, Scott about the treatment we received he apologized but said that two scoops of ice cream is considered a sundae and they charge for toppings. Based on the TERRIBLE service we will never go this Culvers again! I called other Culver and each of them said they would honor the coupon for the sundae with the toppings...In fact they were all were surprised by the treatment we received from the Culvers In New Lenox, IL! When I called Corporate I spoke with Helen and she I was lucky they took my coupon! If this is how Culvers treats customers they are not going stay in...
Read more7pm on a Saturday, a small handful of diners. 5 employees at the front registers with no customers. 1 employee in the drive thru taking orders. I waited 12 minutes before I could place my order of 2 single scoop turtle sundaes, a mini concrete mixer, and a regular concrete mixer. I waited at the window for 8 mins with money in my hand waiting to pay, while the 1 employee was either face timing someone or doing a TikTok video on her phone. Finally she took my money, then asked me to pull up where I waited another 10 mins The lack of training reflects not only the quality of food being sold to customers, but also the type of service that should be expected. This also reflects on the leadership. The quality and execution of the food, and the quality of service that should be considered common practice for ANY business, has declined in the 8 years this location has been opened.
