Staying at Louis Park Hotel was absolutely incredible! Our group was blown away by the perfect mix of hotel-level amenities—think Marriott-style comfort like premium linens, spotless cleanliness, and top-tier toiletries—and the authentic New Orleans charm you can’t find anywhere else. The vibe here is unmatched, with beautifully designed guest houses and a stunning landscaped courtyard that made our stay feel like a private oasis. The location is unbeatable—we could literally see the French Quarter from the property and were just a short walk to Bourbon Street, Armstrong Park, and so many amazing restaurants and jazz clubs. The secure compound gave us peace of mind, and the on-site parking was a game-changer for our group. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from a personalized tour of the property at check-in to quick responses whenever we had questions. Whether you’re here for a corporate retreat, family gathering, or just a group trip, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in The Connick which I believe is their biggest cottage. It’s a connecting room with the bathroom between rooms. The bigger room has a futon seating while the other has the bed opposite a door that opens to a beautiful garden with private porch. Love the Creole architecture and furniture. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have another cottage that houses the common kitchen where guests can cook and dine in a long table. It was well stocked with coffee, has an ice machine, a big fridge, stove top and oven. It is gated and accessible only with a code. Parking is $17 and we felt safe. It is in the French Quarter, right across Louis Armstrong Park, 18-min walk to Bourbon St. It was a lovely stay, great value at $145 for connecting rooms comfortable for 3 adults with 2 kids. We checked in around 9pm so there were no staff on site but it was not an issue as they were quick to respond to our messages in the Booking app. Highly recommend! Hope there was a Louis Park Hotel in every city!

Our stay at The Louis Park Hotel for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations, this experience was seamless, warm, and memorable. The rooms were immaculate, the property was beautiful, and the staff including Lori, the weekend staff manager, along with Wanda and Nick made us feel right at home. They truly welcomed our family of 20 as if we were their own.||We rented out the Parkside Villas, and when it came time to downsize as family members headed home, it was no problem at all to switch into the equally beautiful Crescent Trio. The accommodations were perfect, spacious beds, clean bathrooms, fully stocked kitchens, and inviting common areas right at our fingertips. Every member of our group left completely satisfied; in fact, not one person had a single complaint all weekend. That says a lot when you're managing 20 different personalities. ||The grounds were serene and relaxing. Many of us enjoyed the courtyard, sitting by the fountain and taking in the peaceful sound of running water. We cooked comfortably in the shared kitchen and coordinated easily with another group staying onsite, a bachelor party that was equally respectful of us as we were of them.||A special thank you goes to Kyle, the General Manager. From the very first day I reached out on July 12, 2025, he was exceptionally professional and responsive. His customer service was outstanding he was attentive to every detail and need, ensuring that my mother and family would have an exceptional time. He went above and beyond in every way possible, and I truly cannot thank him enough. His quick response time and dedication made planning stress-free, and once we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed — I mean everything.||I also appreciated the property’s safety and security. Every entrance, room, driveway, and commons area required a personal security code, which made us feel safe at all times. It is truly a hidden gem, an oasis tucked behind that little sign on St. Philip Street. My only issue is that I have to share this hidden gem with others, but I must give credit where it is due and LPK has it all.||We/I cannot wait to stay again. Thank you to Kyle and the entire Louis Park Hotel team for giving us such a beautiful, stress-free, and joy-filled 70th...

We stayed at the Louis Park Hotel for my daughter's French Quarter Wedding. I can not say enough good things about this place and about the owners. First, The rooms are absolutely beautiful! Every room has elegant touches. They are comfortable and clean. We ended up renting a total of 6 rooms and every single one was unique and beautiful. Second, the location of the hotel is within walking distance to all things French Quarter. We walked to Cafe Du Monde in about 15 minutes. Third, I felt safe when at the hotel and when we were walking too and from the hotel location. Forth, There is a gated parking lot that was absolutely perfect, because it meant we didn't have to park out on the street away from the rooms, which made thing very convenient. And lastly, we worked almost exclusively with Kyle. From start to finish he was friendly and very easy to communicate with. Because we were planning a destination wedding from Colorado, I had an unending number of questions which he answered quickly and professionally. We were actually able to have our rehearsal dinner in the courtyard area, the staff set up the area for us and even had bug spray set out for us to use. Kyle was even ready to rent tents and other event items we might need and have it ready for us when we got there. There is a full kitchen for guests to use with a fridge, oven, microwave, sink and ice maker which was all incredibly useful. They even provided a bottle of champagne in each of our rooms the first night which was unexpected and appreciated. All 15 of us that stayed at the hotel for the wedding were very pleased with the stay. And it made our daughter's wedding just that much...

If it was possible to leave a less than one star review I would. My husband and I booked the Bolden room for a stay for a 4 night mother's day trip. We carefully picked this room due to it having a separate shower/ bathtub and a small patio attached to the room. We picked this specifically because we were also bringing our 1 year old daughter with us.

The night before we were to leave for our trip I get a phone call around 6:30pm stating our room that we had booked "was flea ridden " from a previous guest that brought an animal with them. The man then explained they could offer us another room comparable to this one. The man who called to tell me the bad news, offered another room and reassurance that there would be some financial reimbursement or discount due to the inconveniences and the new room lacking amenties that the previous room had. When he said he would offer us a 10% discount, I inquired if that's the most that could be given, especially at such a short notice for me to even weigh alternative options for accomodations. The man quit responding to my messages but I could see he was reading them. Then all of a sudden I get an alert that my booking had been cancelled. I sent many messages to this man and finally his response was oh that room I offered has already been booked. So incredibly unprofessional and an awful feeling the night before leaving. So around 10pm, we had to scramble and find an entirely different place to stay. The extremely short notice left us with very little to.choose from. DO NOT BOOK this place unless you have a...
