Expensive, bad service and false advertising. My family and i stayed there over Thanksgiving. When booking the room i made sure to screenshot the perks of daily resort fee or whatever they call it. It specifically said, 30 a day on food or drinks at the hotel and 2 tickets to the hop on hop off bus tour. On arrival I went to check in and was informed they have no more 2 bed rooms left, even though I had booked it a month before. The guy at the counter would say he's checking and then stand in the back (could see him through the window) in 10 minute segments. He did this twice, just hanging out back there. He finally came out and said he found one. We went to the room and what do we find? 1 bed. Back to the counter and he magically finds a room with 2 beds, says it's an upgrade, same room, higher floor. Like I'm supposed to be appreciative that they found a room for me to stay in that booked a month ago.
Later that night I go to the concierge desk to get the hop on hop off bus tickets. I'm told they don't and haven't had any for quite some time. Said they are based on availability and they don't have any. I explained that nowhere on the website when booking it does it say "based on availability". Went round and round with them and they finally agreed to not charge for the daily fee, which doesn't fix the fact that I would still need to spend 140 for 2 tickets. They just didn't get it. Of the 35 a day, I can eat 30 of it, so 5x5=25 which will not cover the 140. They finally said they can't do anything for me.
I reached out to Sheraton cooperate directly. I was put in contact with someone who barely spoke English. He asked for my screenshot, luckily I had one. It's been a month and no response.
Last day there, flight got canceled. Requested to extend my stay 1 night. I'm told I can extend my room by 1 night but I'm in an upgraded room (not my choice, hotels fault) and it would be almost double what I had paid the night before to stay one additional night. Again, called corporate, no joy, same run around.
In conclusion, the hotel started us off with a terrible check in experience, lied about getting some tickets and did nothing, and when needing to extend my stay they decided to stick it to us. Stayed last year at the renaissance in times square, so much better. Do your self a favor and stay at the...

The hotel is under renovation. Dusty and paint-smelling in thr lobby. I would wait for at least a year before you book a stay here. Reserve across the street if you can. I wish I knew they were renovating before I booked.
More horrific was the dirty state of the room. Dusty vents, looks like they haven't been cleaned in months, was coughing all night. Grimmy shower head with build-up. They don't care to clean the place. There was a dirty, used Q-tip in the elevator for the 3 days I stayed. No one bothered to clean up. You pay so much money for poor quality, no wonder airbnbs...
