The Bus is very convenient to go to Woodbury Commons, here a few things I would like to share.
BE CAREFUL⊠there is a little Carneige Deli just around the corner where the actual Bus stop is. We made the mistake of waiting in that little shop (with the same name) and we missed the 8:30AM Bus (we were there since 8:05AM đ). Just make sure you go to 8th St. This was not their fault but be mindful.
The girl there was really nice and kind and she let us board the 9:30AM bus instead once we explained what happened.
The drive was smooth, Bus was comfortable, with AC, WiFi didnât work but no complaints.
We didnât spend much time at the Outlet as prices were not great as we expected so we decided to get back to the city at the 4PM bus.
I approached the driver around 3:50pm on a very nice way, I asked him if that was the Bus (as it was all white) and he did not understand me (although I'm bilingual), once I showed him the name in my phone he said yes. I asked him very nicely if we could change our tickets (our return was set for 7:30pm) and he was really, really rude. He asked me to contact the company directly by phone mentioning that he "was just a driver" but he was really rude and not willing to help whatsoever.
We managed to call the Company, asking someone to lend us a phone, and they solved the situation extremely fast which I appreciate.
I recommend the service but please, make sure the driver (or at least this specific one) -Service day: 07/29, 4PM- is more professional and kind.
It was a huge deal for us to get someone to lends us a phone as ours did not have a local data plan so we could not make any calls.
Before the driver started heading back, he made a round and grab 2 more passengers that had tickets for the 5PM bus and he let them board without asking them to call anyone so this just proved that he just did not want to help me (because he was able to scan the code and let them board, changing the time of the service).
Anyway, the bus service itself is very convenient and the lady that helped me in the morning was very nice and professional, I just don't understand why people is so rude...

Me and my pregnant wife just used Woodbury bus from Times square to get a discounted shopping spree.
The main event took placed on 28 April,2023. Our departure time from the Woodbury outlet to Times Square was 7:30 PM . Trying to find the parking lot the bus will depart we were a bit confused and it was raining like shower. However i started running and i was able to make it inside the bus in 7:28 pm . I told the old driver ( who is with a Irish accent i guess) that my wife is pregnant and she will be here in 1-2 minutes because she canât run like me due to her pregnancy. Then he started yelling at me and told me to get out of the bus and wait outside in the rain . I tried to explain the situation again and he than threatened me if my wife is not there at 7:30 PM the bus will close doors and my wife will be left at the Woodbury.
Please take note : This is all hapening just between 7:28 PM and 7:30 PM . It is not 7;45 pm . I did not took a single second of anyone in the bus. I got frustrated and told I told him that in the morning it was the same driver that took us from Times Square and he departed at 9:45 am instead of scheduled time of 9:30 AM. And there was no reason , we just waited so that the company would get more passengers.
Just then 60 seconds later my wife came on time like 7:30- 7:31 PM and the driver started to make some rude and not-funny jokes about the infant baby will be born. Like âGood luck, it will be a mess â and it was not funny at all at that moment.
This was totally the worst experience i had during our stay in New York in 12-days .
In conclusion, I do not recommend this bus company or...
Read moreFirst of all the mall is not worth going to. The quality/selection of items isn't that good and the discounts you find aren't so interesting. On top of that, if it costs you about $50 to take the bus there, that's pretty much what you will be saving for what you are spending in that mall. On top of that it takes 1-1.30h to get there and you are fully dependant on this bus as a taxi would be too expensive and there is no other way to get there.
The buses were on time, that's a good thing. However, they are old and the air conditioning wasn't that great on the bus.
I went on the trip with my baby. Before leaving NYC, I asked the staff how I could change the return bus time if I wanted to return earlier. They told me a number I could call but I said I didn't have a US phone number. They told me not to worry and to WhatsApp the number (I did have data so that worked). However, that number didn't respond to my messages or WhatsApp calls. I also tried emailing but didn't get a response. Then I was able to use a phone from someone else to call but no one responded either. It was really hot in that mall as it's all outdoors with no shade and I felt so vulnerable with my baby.
I have now learnt that there are other stores in NYC where you would find similar deals to what is in this mall. Examples: Nike Factory Store, Nordstrom Rach and Banana Republic store in Staten Island. On top of that, the ferry there from NYC is free and it takes about 30 minutes. Banana Republic Factory Store in 17 W 34th street in NYC Century 21 NYC in 22...
