This website is totally rip off. They do their business deceiving customers. So here is the story. I bought the tickets through their website for the broadway show called Wicked. Later my husband told me ticketmaster sells same ticket with $40 cheaper per person. So it was about $80 difference for 2tickets of Wicked show.. I asked for the price match or refund, they said they can’t since I already purchased it. So I’m claiming the fraud on my credit card company. They mailed me the tickets but I return back to them. few days after the supervisor called And this is not acceptable. Come on!!! I told him if you are confident of selling your ticket with that price Go sell to other customer(show date is 8/1 – I purchased it about a month ago.. and returned it back 3weeks before the show date- so I’m pretty sure that I have a right to return my service. I’m not returning them Like couple of days prior to show date and ask for customer’s right) I fought with supervisor. The whole company policy and the even manager don’t make sense at all. Don’t never use this...
Read moreAmazing show - loved Hamilton! Marred only by the way one is ushered into the Richard Rogers theatre in New York. This despite reporting before 1:15pm for the 2pm show and the line not being that long. I felt like we were cattle. Bags were unzipped and ready for security check, but the constant shouting and yelling makes for a stressful entry. You've got senior folks who need to take their time, first time Broadway show experiencing tourists - so all this extra jostling is very unnecessary. Security screening can be done another way too. The other disappointing aspect is the extremely tight leg space between the seats at this theatre. There is literally no space. Anyone who is above 5 ft 5 inches will be uncomfortable as will plus sized people. On the contrary, the small hall makes for a very intimate viewing experience and one can see very well from the side and/or rear...
Read moreBEWARE! This outfit has apparently learned from phone and cable companies how to clip you for unnecessary revenue streams. The "add insurance" (at $20 per ticket) is not part of the initial calculation when they show you the price. They click the option for you. So when you order, you get the insurance whether you wanted it or not - with a little line on the receipt saying "you added cancellation insurance". WHAT A RIP OFF and totally dishonest practice. Of course, when you get right down to it, this outfit is just a TICKET SCALPER with a fancy website. And you'll pay a hefty fee about 40% over face value. I had no choice but to buy here, unfortunately. Taking care of a client. The actual honest ticket scalpers I know did not have the seats I was looking for. If you're from out of town, plan your trip ahead and buy elsewhere - like...
