I went almost 2 years ago and loved it. Was super excited to see they were reopened "with restrictions and covid protocols" in place. We bought tickets for 1:00 pm yesterday However, there is HARDLY any protocals in place. You are "required" to wear a mask, however it was not enforced by staff for children or adults. There were many customers both children and adults who were walking around/jumping and participating without masks. According to staff they are open with limited capacity of 90 people at a time verses 300 pre covid, however there is not anyone at the door counting and there were plenty of groups who had members of their party that would walk in and not go to the check in desk and wait aside because they were not participating or purchasing a ticket, so they were not being counted. Which definitely resulted in WAY MORE then 90 people. ALSO because the two different times you can purchase(1 hr or 1 1/2) we were exposed to those who rotated between the times. Which resulted in being exposed to more then 90 people. In between times purchased staff does not clean the equipment or surfaces including but not limited too the balls for basket ball or dodge ball, the sheet that covers the foam pits which are currently not in use due to covid, the fight sticks, and dont get me started on the rock wall. The harness was not cleaned between use and the wall not disinfected between children or the reservation times, (which i understand to some degree being that it is very tall) but the children aren't even required to disinfect their hands before going up. The black lockers which are about the height of my shoulders had built up dust, dirt, and grime that has been there for what looks like weeks if not longer. Other parts of the top of them had something spilled and was sticky accompanied by dust caked on top of it completely neglected during the cleaning routine entirely even if all they do is a wipe down which would have at least been something.. Their is ONE hand sanitizing station when you walk in by the lobby in between the check in and the lockers. One hand sanitizing station for 90 plus people at different hour intervals touching the same bottle of hand sanitizer. There was another by the rock wall which i attempted to use for my daughter and myself and the staff(a real sweet young man just doing his best) told me it hasnt worked and when i asked where others were he said they had one and pointed to the one i mentioned above. The check in tablets that you sign the waviers for are not cleaned between each party and there is no temperature checks. I spent nearly 100 dollars for the 3 of us to be there and i had to limit my daughter on so much out of pure concern for her well being. Which definitely made our trip NOT WORTH a dime of the money we paid. She spent more time wiping things down, washing her hands and avoiding the more than 90 people then we did actually playing.
However, we did hide out in the 6 and under open jump side a majority of the time which was the only place we felt was socially spaced.
I brought up some concerns to staff who i formed me she was ready to start her shift, she listened attentively and at least made me feel like someone listened. I genuinely hope things turn around and they begin to take their customers saftey and health seriously. We would love to return again but only once things are seriously improved.
Just a few little things would make a huge difference, temp checks, cleaning the tablets between use or making a staff member do it rather than each individual guest, and counting the people entering (which all could be handled by having one extra team member at the front of the store) More than one hand sanitizer, fixing the one by the rock wall so kids can clean their hands before going up. This place needs to stay in business we have kids with too much energy and not enough ways to let loose. And us adults need them too🤣 Please update your covid measures and youll have us as a...
Read moreThe worst visit to a children's facility in my life!
Our friends were celebrating their child’s birthday at this venue. From the very beginning, it was evident that the organization was poor. If issues arose during registration, instead of solving them, staff would send you from one counter to another. The birthday child’s parents, instead of spending time with their child, constantly had to chase down the staff to figure out why drinks for the adults hadn’t been served yet (lemonade was brought out only after the adults had finished their pizza), why there weren’t enough utensils, and other minor issues.
When the parents requested to speak with a manager to address the poor organization, a man without a name tag arrived. He didn’t introduce himself but claimed to be the manager, saying that service quality was “a matter of taste.” He then escalated the conflict, even going so far as to hint at the possibility of physical altercations.
It only got worse. This man began accusing us of threatening his life. Can you imagine such a claim—over spoons at a child’s birthday party? Additionally, he stated that he was a minor, which raises serious concerns about his ability to handle such a position—or he was lying at every turn. It’s hard to believe he was actually the manager as he claimed. However, if he truly held that position, it raises serious concerns about the competence and management standards of this organization.
We tried to resolve the issue calmly, as we didn’t want to ruin the celebration. Several of us attempted to talk with him individually, asking for another representative to handle the situation since he was behaving unprofessionally. He refused.
We made another effort to defuse the situation and returned to the party room, hoping to finish the celebration by blowing out the candles and enjoying the cake. However, this person came back into the room, reigniting the conflict and frightening the children.
It didn’t stop there—he blocked our exit and demanded our personal information without providing his own name. This was despite the fact that venues like this always require signed waivers containing all participants’ details, which staff could easily access if needed.
The children were terrified and crying, but he was undeterred. We had no choice but to call the police.
My young child was so traumatized that they vomited throughout the night, he couldn’t even go to daycare and there are witnesses to confirm this. They kept asking me why “the man was argue” and why we weren’t allowed to leave.
It’s only now, after a few days and some recovery from the shock, that I’ve mustered the strength to write...

I booked a party at Sky Zone Fremont, and the experience was an absolute joke. Despite paying for a mega package, basic expectations were not met. Drinks, including water, were not served, leaving the kids thirsty throughout the event. How hard is it to bring water or fulfill simple requests?
The goody bags we paid for were not provided, and the staff was completely unresponsive to our concerns. To make matters worse, the manager—who refused to provide his name—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He even claimed to be a minor, which raises serious questions about whether this location has competent management. A mature and trained individual should be running this place, someone capable of handling situations properly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
It was clear from the behavior of the staff and management that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I would not recommend Sky Zone Fremont to anyone. Save your time, money, and energy by going elsewhere.
Additional comments: The “manager” did not provide his name and had no visible badge. He escalated the situation by threatening my friend and even suggesting a physical altercation. Instead of professionally handling the payment process, he demanded me go to a private area in the back to settle the bill, which was completely inappropriate.
The room wasn't setup on time, nothing was there. Additionally, the goody bags included in the package were never provided. Where is my reimbursement for these missing services?
To make matters worse, the so-called manager falsely claimed that my friend was “detained,” which is both unlawful and highly unprofessional. The “manager” blocked us to leave the building after we were done and all bills were paid. This forced us to involve the police. The behavior exhibited by your staff, particularly the manager, was unacceptable and requires immediate attention.
We are for sure in touch with the Fremont Police Department and the...
