I could hear what sounded like a wrestling match inside, beyond the exit door from the dining area, maybe the stockroom, however, it was still inside the building, NOT in the dining area.
I was in the dining area, with a friend. The day that I was there was about me enjoying a meal, and I did. I would like to go there again someday. Now it has been over 10 years now probably since I have been there. The above time I have mentioned when I was there was a thinned amount of diners, but I remember really liking how this place is made, its appearance, and how its privacy can be enhanced for supplemental diner security and safety.
Being Swiss Fraternal Neutral, I made moments of silence for my brother whom was a fatal casualty of the Vietnam War conflict, however, when he was alive, there was only but a one, single moment in his time when he would live to see Geneva, Switzerland by and attending an event known as The Geneva Convention. My brother was/is U.S. Army Specialist 4 Steven G Skelly (11/17/1948-11/13/1969). It has been over 51 years that I have not seen him, in person, the living. One photograph only exists of he and myself, made in April 1968. At that time I was near 6 months of age, being born on 24 October 1967, a day which exactly four years later became known and recognized as United Nations Day October 24th, 1971. This is a holiday on my calendar, I recognize it as that also, and never wastefully.

Read moreHey man, this is a good bar in a silicon and plastic valley. It's the real deal and there aren't many left. I think the person who talked about lowlifes grew up on a suburban culdesac in a planned community and can't handle folks. What I see when I look around are 3 generations of nice locals. It's a nice melting pot, the food is good. Those Corn Pops should not be legal...sort of like hush puppies...and the drinks are strong. Don't come here if you want an Applebee's. Jimi Hendrix is playin on the jukebox. I can hear the dishes gettin washed. I can watch the cook make the food. The ravioli is good. And yes, you'd better be a local to play on that golf course of a pool table... Even the idea of local is dying...but this baby's got some...
Read moreI want to love this place. I have only sat in the outdoor area which has nice wood tables in the grass, trees and has nice lighting. It is very quaint. My issues are with the conflicting aspects of this atmosphere like the music. Generally, the music I hear is the modern pop/R&B/Hip hop trash that I can't stand.. I don't even know what it is called. I prefer when they play country...and I don't even like country. They were practicing line dancing of all things. One visit allowed patrons to pick the music by paying through an app... It was downright awful and ruins the atmosphere. There is no theme, it's all over the place. This place should really get a focus... Get some folk music bands to play live or something. Needs a general Oktoberfest vibe...
