Nirvanaah ice cream — Restaurant in Fremont

I would give this place less than one if possible. My husband ordered a single scoop of chocolate almond. The employee did not know what that was. He seemed very confused in general. I asked him about different flavors and he could not tell me what theu were nor did he offer a sample. Items were incorrectly labeled. I did not order anything out of frustration even when another customer explained what the verdi flavor was. My son wanted a chocolate sundae. The server again looked confused and said there was no chocolate for sundaes. So he ordered a chocolate shake. He was given something pink. As we left we tasted it whatever it was it tasted terrible. I went back in to ask for the correct order and the employee argued with me saying we did not order chocolate. He finally made a very watery chocalate drink. I think he forgot the ice cream. The shop was also very dirty and did not appear sanitary.

This place probably has a good product but needs knowable employees who know what to do in an ice cream shop. I miss Nehees...

I went to buy off the shelf cake from this place. Lady asked me for how many people? I asked for @8. She said she will get me 8” one. It was so small that i could not believe it is 8” so I took my iPhone to measure and showed her it is 6”. Regardless I asked for 10” one and here she gave me it is not even 8” ! End is not here, after I paid she did not give me receipt that was already printed. so I asked for and she was scrambling and printing another one. Finally she gave me 2 receipts of 6” ones with $20 of each! May be she was trying to save on taxes and franchise fees! I argued once about wrong receipt but did not want to waste time. But this place is definitely CUTTING...

This is about a negative service experience, not about the ice cream itself. I walked into the store at 10:50am Sunday with a 4yo in tow. There was a gentleman behind the counter who was helping us and answering questions. When we were done browsing and about to order, this other gentleman came out from inside and told us they weren't open till 11am and asked us to leave. I think if someone walks in through open doors to your business, you ought to either tell them right away you won't be able to serve them, or if you do let them in have the courtesy to accommodate them and not ask them to leave because they were there 10mins before opening time! Didn't get any...
