Mancini's Sleepworld Novato — Hotel in Novato

I recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable frame from Mancini’s in Novato, California. I have back and neck injuries and I often wake up in pain. I was looking for a mattress that would help decrease or eliminate the amount of pain I have. I made three trips to the store within one week, trying out different mattresses and asking questions.

The manager, Teddy Edelstein, and the sales associate I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Mancini’s website also has a wealth of information about sleep and mattresses.

Before I went to Mancini’s, I looked at mattresses and adjustable frames at other stores. I also did a lot of research online. I am on a budget and I wanted a high-quality mattress at a price I could afford. In the end, Mancinis offered the best selection as well as the best price.

I think what stands out most to me about my experience at Mancinis‘s is the Customer Service. Teddy and his assistant patiently answered all my questions. They printed out quotes for the mattresses I was interested in so I could easily compare the prices. They were forthright and honest when I asked their opinions about the different mattresses. I was considering.

This was my third major purchase at this Mancini‘s location. Several years ago I purchased a bed and bedroom furniture for my son.. I also purchased a dresser for myself.

I had been looking for bedroom furniture for over a year. I tried ordering furniture from Amazon as well as Costco.

After waiting almost 4 weeks for delivery, Amazon sent me a message that they had lost the bed frame I ordered during shipment. They offered to re-ship the frame. I canceled the order.

I also ordered a matching chest and nightstand from Costco. However, when it came time for delivery, the truck showed up with only the nightstand. Costco customer service told me the dresser was out of stock and they did not know when or if it would be back in stock. At the time I place the order, the Costco website indicated the dresser was in stock. I did not accept delivery of the nightstand as I wanted a matching set.

At that time, I did not know that Mancini’s sold furniture. I thought they only sold mattresses and bed frames. One day when I went shopping at the Staples store next to Mancinis’s, I noticed that Mancini‘s sold furniture. This was advertised in the store window.

I went inside and discovered several styles of beautiful, high quality, affordable bedroom furniture. I told the sales associate what I was looking for and asked him to show me the furniture. He showed me the various styles and explained the differences between them. The customer service was excellent!

I ordered a bed, chest, nightstand and dresser that day. The furniture was delivered two days later! The delivery men were very professional and careful. I could not believe I finally had the furniture I needed.

About 2 to 3 years later, my son moved into his own apartment. I returned to Mancini’s in Novato to order bedroom furniture for his new home. Once again, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was quick and seamless.

I would give Mancinis in Novato 10 stars if I could. In my experience, it is rare today to find the knowledgeable, professional, and friendly customer service that Mancinis offers. I highly recommend Mancinis’s as a company and the Novato store...

On 12/14/21 I went to Mancini's in Novato for the first time. The service was outstanding. The manager, Neal, was very helpful and the ordering process was seamless.

The furniture was delivered on the day I requested. The warehouse called the night before with the delivery window as Neal said they would. He even told me the area code the call would be coming from.

The men who delivered the furniture were extremely professional. They were very careful not to scratch or otherwise damage the furniture when they brought it down the narrow hallway that led to the room where the items needed to go.

They assembled my new bed frame and put the bed together. They also took the old bed platform away.

The furniture looks beautiful in my apartment. I could not be happier!

I can't begin to put into words how much I appreciate the entire experience I had with Mancini’s. I have been looking for the items I purchased from them for over a year!

Most of the furniture I found elsewhere did not come assembled. I would have had to pay for the assembly ($100-$200 per item) as well as the furniture.

After months of searching, I finally found a chest and nightstand that were already assembled at Costco. When I ordered the items, the website said they were in stock. However on the day they were scheduled to be delivered, the delivery men said they only had the nightstand on the truck.

Costco Customer Service was unable to locate the chest I had ordered, and there were no more in stock. They did not know when or if they would have it in stock again. I told the delivery men to return the nightstand because I wanted the furniture to match.

I also ordered a twin bed frame with wheels and a box spring from Amazon. I waited and waited, but neither item arrived. When I called Amazon, I learned that the frame had been lost or damaged in the mail, and Amazon had been unable to fulfill the box spring order for some reason. They offered to send the items again, but I declined.

My age and health make it challenging for me to shop. It was such a relief to go to Mancini’s, tell Neal what I needed and have him order the items (after verifying that they were in stock).

I was astounded when Neal told me that the furniture could be delivered two days later! Sure enough, the delivery was on time and contained everything I had ordered.

I have already referred a friend who has also been looking for bedroom furniture to Mancini’s. I recommended that she ask for Neal. I told her how helpful and patient he was with me.

We've recently had the most pleasant purchasing experience with Omar. He spent a great deal of time getting know what my wife and I are looking for and why. After establishing our goals and expectations he guided us through a range of mattresses that were best suited for our needs taking into consideration all our constraints. He helped us narrow down the options to a few let us take as much time as we needed to decide what our next steps were. I'm more of an analytical thinker and my wife uses her senses more when making decisions. I was able to observe how Omar swiftly adjusted his communication match both of our decision making styles.

Throughout the process, I ended up learning a lot from him. He's definitely extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us in very creative ways.

Jason has also been immensely helpful. We ended up deciding to exchange our mattress and even though this is not an easy task both due to the sheer size and weight of the mattress, the scheduling involved, and the price, he went to lengths to make sure everything was aligned with our schedules and priorities. The whole process was very smooth and he was very responsive, following up to make sure the delivery, installation, and the other details went as expected.
