This may be the first time I’ve ever left a review online, but it seems to be my last resort to hopefully get my money back. On New Years Day, my husband and I decided to order from Bule Green Cafe using their online ordering. I checked google to make sure they were open, and then proceeded to order online. Our total came out to $52 and change. Money was taken out of our account as expected, and we got a confirmation # for our order. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick our order up, they were closed. Shortly after that, we received a text saying “sorry we are closed today for the holiday”. They were closed the next day as well since it was Sunday and they are normally closed on Sunday’s. My husband came in on that next Monday to speak with someone about a refund, or at least getting the order that we placed. A gentleman on a laptop who said he was a manager gave my husband a card and said that the owners were out of town and would reach out, but that the refund had already been submitted and it would take a few days to clear. No problem. 10 days later still no refund so we returned and this time I spoke to the manager. I explained the situation and he called the owner on his cellphone and allowed me to speak with him. He apologized profusely and said he would issue the refund and provide us with some discounts or coupons for the future. He was provided two phone numbers, an email address and all of our info that he needed for the refund. He assured us that he would reach out that same day to confirm everything and would email the discounts or coupons as well. It has now been another month since this last conversation and we have received absolutely nothing. No refund. No communication. Nothing. At this point it is just insulting because we have been so patient and polite through this whole situation and it feels like a slap in the face. We will not be visiting this...

While parking can be a hassle and wait times can be lengthy, adding yourself to the online waitlist can make the experience smoother. Living just 5 minutes away, I've mastered the art of timing my arrival upon receiving the table-ready text, often opting for Uber to avoid parking woes.

The service here is top-notch, and while I can't confirm if everyone is Brazilian, our server, who bears a striking resemblance to the singer Bad Bunny, was fantastic. His doppelgänger status is a running joke among patrons— you'll see what I mean!

Renowned for their drinks, I must confess that, despite not being a coffee drinker, I'm absolutely enamored with their ice-cold chocolate—it's my ultimate favorite! My friends and I savored a variety of dishes, all of which were excellent. I particularly appreciate the diverse menu offerings, especially for vegans and vegetarians. It's rare to find a place that caters to all dietary preferences so seamlessly.

They've even installed small fans to deter flies, though they can be a bit pesky at times. However, as long as they're not landing in my food, I'm happy—even if it means occasionally getting my hands hit by the fan.
