We had been researching mattresses online for weeks and was very frustrated and overwhelmed. We had currently been using a very highly reviewed mattress from an online store after failing with two other online stores, and we were very frustrated. I didn’t want to have to try 5 more. I had no idea what would work or who to believe about their “quality” so I jumped in the car and drove to mattress firm to try some out in person. Kristian was so helpful. He was very straight forward and very informative. I had my two daughters (2 and 4) and he was so patient and helpful with them as we discussed the best options for my husband and I. My wife and I have been saying for 2+ years that we need a new mattress. We were just going to buy one from your typical big box store. We stopped in the Oconomowoc location on our way home just to look. We were greeted by Don L. We told him we were just looking. Who knew there are so many different options in mattresses. Don took time to explain the differences and give us enough information to make an informed buying decision with out overwhelming us with too much information. At no time during our visit to his location did we ever feel any of the typical "Sales Pressure". This location has a broad selection. We decided to get a new mattress for ourselves for Christmas but kept putting it off (who likes mattress shopping?!). After doing some research into mattresses and stores we headed to Mattress Firm this morning. Brian made it a positive painless experience and an hour later we completed our purchase. We greatly appreciated Brian’s expertise and assistance helping us pick out the right mattress for us. Great mattress at a reasonable price. Bonus: 120 days to have the option of returning it if we don’t feel the mattress is right for us.
