Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oconomowoc

On Friday April 21 at 6:15pm I went to the Taco Bell in Oconomowoc Corporate Center 1750 Summit Ave, I usually go through the drive thru but since there were like 4 cars I decided to go inside, I was the only person inside the restaurant. I placed my order at about 6:15pm with a young light skin guy, I kept seeing them doing all there drive thru orders and it was two people making them a blonde lady and a man with glasses, after the lady kept looking at me and not saying anything at 6:30pm I ask her that I been waiting for a while that where is the order and she ask what was it, she said what is your name she said, I told them what I ordered the the order with 2 Supreme Chalupas and 6 hard tacos and 2 soft and she said I see the slip so it took another 5 minutes for them to make it she handed the bag to the light skin guy taking orders in drive thru he hide by the register with my order very suspicious I got closer to see what he was doing to my order, I think but not sure he was given the bag by the blonde lady a little heavy and the top tacos were unwrap so he had to touch them and wrap them, I got closer to see what he was doing he got nervous and started to give me the bag I ask for sauce and I got a hand full and that is the end. My first horrible experience at this Taco Bell that I go all the time not sure if I will go again. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I HOPE YOU TAKE CARE OF THIS SO NO ONE HAVE THIS...

If you desire wasting 30 plus minutes of your life waiting in the drive-thru for an online order pick-up just to receive wrong items and missing items, then the Taco Bell on Summit Ave in Oconomowoc is your place! We barely ever eat fast food, but every now and then an emergency or forgotten planning happens and we have to test the competency of the local fast food establishments. Taco Bell always disappoints! Taco Bell on Summit Ave. in Oconomowoc has never gotten an order correct on the 4 or 5 times that we have eaten there since their opening. Is it worth calling and complaining over a missed $3 taco or side of nacho cheese? Most times, no, but after several failed attempts I have hit my complaining point! I tried calling to ask for a refund on our missing items tonight and I was told I would have to come back to receive it. Probably expected to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru to get it because the lobby wasn't open. I have to now wait 24 hours just to talk to a manager..

I guess it's partially my fault that I keep trying to get what I ordered there. Maybe, in some way it's a game... Can I get what I ordered? Can they get what I ordered correct? Unfortunately it's an always losing game on our part.

I guess we all have to go full Karen at this location and CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW...

After a day of travel and a delayed flight, I came back home starving and with little to no options of grabbing food (I had nothing at home). My husband wanted Taco Bell. I haven’t been there in 15+ years and I am vegan so I laughed at the idea.

To my surprise, I was able to place a mobile order that allowed me the option to customize and modify items as I needed to. I was able to remove cheese and sour cream, for example.

Unfortunately, all of my food had cheese, and some of my items had sour cream. The directions were not followed. It was pretty straightforward that every item I ordered did not have sour cream and cheese. I did not order this way in error, this is how I wanted my food prepared.

My only option was to eat a few stale chips and call it a night. I will say that the staff are friendly… However, I was really grossed out by people wearing gloves to prepare food, then walking over to the register to handle money and then touch their face and touch their phone after.

It is probably in my benefit that my food was not made correctly. Based on that observation alone, I would probably be sick. I am not one who eats fast food, and this is not a place I would ever willingly go to. Of course I will not be back because I was unable to eat my food and I clearly see that it’s...
