RUDE! RUDE! RUDE STAFF!! Like-OMG RUDE! I used to come here from the time they opened until about the end of February and never had issues, but the staff today was unacceptable, shameful, and down right embarrassing to this company. I came in around 12:35–I understood this was lunch time, and there was a slight line. When I came to the front I asked the girl if she wouldn’t mind changing her gloves as I saw her touching multiple different meats and I didn’t want cross contamination. She was polite and washed her hands and changed her gloves. From there they were completely out of everything I wanted on my pizza leaving her rushing around back to restock. I waited patiently-no big deal. After my pizza was made I asked the cashier for a cinnamon wheel and a milkshake along with my pizza. All seemed good. I got my shake, and it was 2/3 full... then I received my pizza, but not the cinnamon wheel. After a while I walked up and asked the girl behind the pizza cutting station to check on it, and she noticed it was not being made. She yelled for one to be made, and ignored me from there. Maybe a “Sorry about that!” Or “It’ll be right up!” Even just a smile would have been nice. But nothing. When it was finally called for me, I sat down to find it completely charred black on the bottom. When I walked back to kindly show her that it was burnt—BIG SURPRISE—she huffed and rolled her eyes, then yelled for another one to be made and proceeded to ignore my existence, leaving me standing there. No apologies for the mistake. No acknowledgement. Hell I couldn’t even get her to respond period! She acted as though it was my fault the thing was black on the bottom. Still—I patiently walked away, and waited. When it finally came, as I was in a rush to get to an appointment by this time, it was placed in a to go box. This girl was nice, and apologized for the wait, but then placed a top on it with grease, and tomato sauce smeared all over it. Seriously?? You’re really going to hand me that, and expect me to travel with it until I get home? I had to kindly ask her for another lid and this is where she lost her patience. Rolling her eyes, placing a new lid on and smacking it on the counter. Then continuing on, ignoring me. I almost had to laugh in amazement at the behavior of this staff. Unreal attitudes. You can be busy-I don’t mind waiting. You can mess up my order—mistakes happen. But do not treat me as though it is my fault you hate your job. I will not be back to this place ever again, and will make sure everyone I know hears of my experience. Management would be smart to weed out these employees and make sure they are properly trained in customer...

Look, I understand that there is pressure when a store is slammed and busy. I have sympathy for that because I’ve been in that situation and it is not fun. However, being busy is NOT an excuse for everything that happened while I waited an hour for my food.
The four employees looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Again, I understand the stress of being busy. However, I also believe that customer service is a necessary part of a good work ethic. We were talked to with blank faces, flat tones, and hardly any eye contact. I was dumbfounded with the lack of effort put behind the work that was being done. For the way they were “super backed up,” there was zero sense of urgency. Do better. Not only this, we heard the phone ring about four or five times. Not once was the phone answered. Again; yes you’re busy, but make. an. effort.
There was a moment when a man who was picking up a DoorDash order came in. He was told there would be a wait for the food, and, in understanding, he left. About twenty minutes later, he came back and was told there was still a wait. This time, also understandably, he became frustrated and an argument broke out between him and an employee whose name was Russel, I believe. The employee ended up following this man outside to fight, and my boyfriend and another gentleman followed after and made the employee come back inside. All the while, his coworkers showed no sign of alarm, and did not try to stop their coworker. Disappointing.
Not to mention that the whole store was a disaster. The floors were vile, covered in dirt and used napkins. I didn’t get a close look at any of the counters, and I don’t know if I’d like to imagine what they were like. After Russel came back inside from his argument, he was on duty for the oven (he did not wash his hands after coming back). A few times he knocked his tools over, and those were left unwashed as well.
All in all, a very upsetting and disappointing experience. When you hire someone, make sure that they’re going to do a job well done, and that they can...
Read moreHave eaten here several times but lately the customer service has gone downhill. I keep wanting to come back because the food is always great but at this point I might just drive to another location. This last visit was by far the worst. We walked in at 8:42pm, not thinking anything of it because they used to be open till 10:00pm, but now they have temporary hours and close at 9:00pm. The manager with blue in her hair along with several others were working. The manager was setting an awful example for the staff and was so rude. She did not say hi or welcome and instead stated “how many pizzas?” We said two and before she took our order she then shouted to the individuals who walked in behind us again how many pizzas? They literally didn’t have a second to even look at the menu and said that. She cut them off and said “we are closing and we need to make the dough.” She was not willing to budge and demanded to know. She then had others come over to help us who were actually very friendly. They asked if we were dining in or taking it to go and I replied are we allowed to eat here. The young man timidly said “it would be best if you took it to go” and did an awkward glance towards the manager. To make matters even more uncomfortable, while waiting for the pizzas to cook the individuals behind us decided they couldn’t handle it anymore and provided feedback to the manager. They told her they owned a restaurant themselves and they have fired people for a lot less. They told her that her behavior was very inappropriate. The manager then just went on to discuss how it’s corporates fault, the amount they have to do for closing, that they place to many demands on them, and was not willing to take accountability. The food was again delicious but like I said the customer service is terrible and makes you very uncomfortable so I would probably try a different...
