By the Yard, Inc. — Local services in Oconomowoc

I have two Adirondacks, a double seater Adirondack, and garden chairs which, even nearing twenty years are literally still as good and durable as the day I bought them. Unfortunately the company in Corona, CA from where I ordered them moved on to a different product line but they did refer me to By The Yard. I was happy to see that By The Yard offered the same items so was more than comfortable ordering two chaise lounges with wheels, two Adirondacks, and two side tables to match my existing furniture (remember I said the old stuff was as good as the day I bought them which also means little to no fading). The tables came pre-assembled and with the easy instructions I was able to put the lounge chairs and Adirondacks together pretty easily - although I did get help referring to my existing furniture as a guide a couple of times. I couldn’t be happier. The quality of this furniture is simply the best. It’s very easy to maintain and as evidenced by my old furniture, it’s made to last. I don’t swear by too many products I buy but Im going to lay on my new chaise lounge chair and swear by the furniture I bought from...

Okay Lake Country Folks!! Here it is....by far the best product and service we could ask for out here!! We looked at this patio furniture when they were located at Mayfair and talked with Krystle. She told us they were moving locations and so we thought we would wait until they were out here. We walked in and the space is full of amazing products and Krystle was there to greet us and answer all our questions. She was so knowledgable and when we were between two colors she gave us options, and also showed us how it would look like. This is by far a no pressure showroom. She came through as we were sitting in different chairs, allowed us to move benches to see what it would look like and truly gave us the best experience. Krystle is a hoot to work with. You can tell she (and the other employees there) LOVE working for this company. We are so excited to use our patio this summer!! Cheers!! I love my By The Yard outdoor furniture because it checks all the boxes! Comfortable, attractive, sturdy, trouble-free, all-weather, low maintenance. I'm a windy, stone's throw away from the Hudson River in NY, and I leave this furniture out on my deck all year round without a problem. Wind won't move it, snow, sleet, rain won't damage it. In the more than 15 years I've had this set, I've never covered it or brought it inside my house and it still looks great. I just ordered a bunch more pieces and I'm so excited to get them. Also, they have great customer service... Krystle assisted me with my purchase and she was detailed, hands on, gave personal attention and was happy to assist in any way she could. I highly recommend By The Yard!!
