Disappointing Birthday Experience at Hideaway

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience we had while celebrating a birthday dinner at your location.

From the start, things felt off — we were served champagne glasses that were visibly dirty, which was already unsettling. Then, we noticed one of your servers, Molly, being noticeably rude and dismissive toward our waiter, who was actually the most polite and professional person we encountered all night.

After a concern was addressed with the manager initially, we moved on — only to later witness Molly drop our pizza and then roll her eyes when we asked for additional sauce. She passed the message to our server but did so with clear attitude and then walked off.

At that point, I asked to speak with the manager again. When she returned, she brought a slice of pie for the birthday person but never once offered an apology. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I expressed my concerns directly and calmly. Her response? That apologizing would be “fake” and that she’d prefer to review the cameras before doing so.

Frankly, the entire attitude from some of your staff — combined with dirty glassware and multiple moments of rudeness — made what should’ve been a celebratory evening very disappointing. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or basic courtesy is what truly ruined the experience.

I’m sorry if any frustration came through during my time there, but to be treated like our concerns didn’t matter was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better experiences for guests. Also pretty sure she...

Was in the area on way home from Midwest City... Needed a sit down lunch.... So I am going to leave all the good about this visit. I visit another Hideaway quite often but this was my first to this location... The order was simple to place and they had ample parking for customers. The exit of the parking lot was unique. The brother in law and nephew ordered Dr pepper that came out not Dr pepper. Maybe diet or too syrupy... They got it fixed after a few tries. The pizza they ordered was a sausage pepperoni pizza. 2 topping. It came out half pepperoni half sausage. Kinda strange. Didn't make a big deal of it because it took awhile to get the pizza out. Not mad just a I am about principal and accountability...this didn't make sense. The food was bomb as usual so thank you for that! If in the area...I might go to another Hideaway location if errors are consistent here. Questions - just reach out ! Bathroom was clean and the TV's were visible from our booth As a frequent Hideaway Pizza goer... We Will return... Maybe a different location though....

Tired of the bad service and never offered any remedy. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza @7:50pm. Was told order would be ready in 40 mins. I get there at 830 and ask about my order. Was told it would be done shortly. Well, I wait. Wait some more...nothing communicated about a delay. I did finally get my pizza at 920pm. After seeing people who ordered multiple pizzas and get their orders comped, I get my less than stellar pizza. "Sorry for the wait" is all I was told. I left a review, like many other times in the past where the service was not up to par but the pizza made up for it. Never hear anything back...which is why I am leaving a 1 star review. Also, I pay online and have to either do no tip or tip before I get my order. I tip on every order and I should be able to give my tip by card at the time order is received, since your service is not consistent. Do better hideaway. Update: I was given a refund of my order by way of email. Thank you for reaching out to me. I will continue patronage unless something like this...
