Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warr Acres

The service sucked at this particular restaurant!!! And we love Pizza Hut! But not at this one! We were tired and hungry from Xmas shopping that day and decided to stop here as we live way out of town. Took forever for them to take our order, bring our drinks and to even check on us for refills, that never happened! I got a salad from the salad bar and the Ranch dressing was empty, I went to ask someone for help and he was outside smoking by the door, I was trying to let him know I needed help and he acted like he didn't want to help. I just sat back down. He then finally comes in and asks us if we got our order yet, we said no and asked how much longer it will be, he leaves and comes back and says something happened to the pizza and they had to start another one. We told him "never mind we are leaving"! He didn't seem to care. We paid for our salad and drinks and left. And not to mention that 3 tables we all dirty and haven't been busted yet and there was no other guests but us. We are never going back to that one! We then ordered pizza online on the website and picked up hot pizza in 15 mins in another Pizza Hut. Should have done that...

When I pulled into the drive thru, they asked me to pull into a curbside pick up spot & they would bring the order out to my car. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes, watching car after car get their food from the drive thru. I eventually called to check how much longer it would take. The employee said “it’s been ready”. I told her that I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes in the curbside spot. Then she says “well that’s because we don’t have curbside available. You have to come through the drive thru” I told her thats exactly what I did & they told me to pull into a spot. She immediately brings out my food, apologizes & says, “no one told me someone was out here waiting”. My food was barely warm at this point as it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. I was also late to the event I was going to (which isn’t that the whole reason people ahead online? So they have a specific time of when the food will be ready?) extremely frustrating. If I could leave negative stars I would. I called in my order for pasta and breadsticks at approximately 6:45 PM on New Year’s Eve (tonight). I expected a longer than normal wait time due to the holiday and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it would be 20 minutes. I arrived at approximately 7:20 pm to pick up my order. After waiting 10 minutes just to pay I find out the put my order under the wrong name, no big deal. They told me my pasta was ready but not the breadsticks. 20 minutes later I inquired On my order and they said it was wrong and would have to recook it. Instead of a sincere apology, which I would’ve gladly excepted and waited for my food they made excuses about having large orders and then asked me who took my order as if trying to shift the blame. The manager offered a $10 credit for my trouble however allegedly the computer would not allow him to put it in. I am sincerely disappointed in my experience tonight and will not be returning to...
