Service fee* I said the bill seems a lot higher than I expected 3 different times and each time I was met with a question about how I liked the experience, waiter, if we were military, etc. In small print at the bottom it shows that a 15% service fee was added. That's a big difference when there's 5 people. I feel we should not have pay that plus be expected to pay the wait staff, also listed recommended amounts on the ticket to choose from, especially when we have to go find wait staff bc our waiter only checked on us twice after the first 20 min (1.5 hrs had to hunt one down) and we cook our food ourselves.

Cons: *Some wait staff are slow to check on customers *Sometimes the hot plate stops heating and we have to figure out how to make it work again *After 30min the food becomes more salty and drink refills slow *Ice cream freezer is right next to the frozen pork, lamb, chicken, beef freezer *No non-dairy dessert options *Container of water to put ice cream scoops into after each person has used for their choice looked unsanitary, especially after seeing debris into the handle.

Let's talk about this place for real real. People in OKC must not be picky when it comes to food insee a lot of sub par at best restaurants with high reviews. This place os $32.99 for a 2 hour all you cam eat ok ok not bad at all pretty much standard for this type of restaurant. Let's break it down the soup options are nice most of wich have light flavor so you can season it yourself the fact that it's buffet style is nice there are a lot of options yes however 1/4 is all veggies 1/4 is all these frozen "meat" balls that are supposed to be different but all tastes the same I literally tried 1 of all of them. Then they have things like trip, liver amd other organ meat. Let's move on the the meat meat options. They have fatty beef, regular beef, chicken, pork, and pork belly. They also have blue crab , shrimp, frog legs, and mussels. All in all this place is sub par at best for taste and options as far as what you can pick. Wow!!! This place is fantastic, I’m so happy a restaurant like this, is in Okc. Hot pot is one of my favorite things to eat and this one is a buffet style, it doesn’t get any better then that. The service is great, employees are helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The broths are delicious they are several options but the traditional was my favorite. The selection of things you can add to your broth are endless, you can come back several times and you might not get to try them all. The seafood, the mushrooms and the thin cuts of meat were my favorites. I had just one thing I would change; in the sauce bar they have just one option for the peanut and sesame sauce and they are combined into one, sesame sauce is one of my most beloved sauces but I’m allergic to peanuts, so I couldn’t enjoy their mixed, I hope they could make them separate.
