The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 star is because of the experience with the Manager named Jose. I am going to at least give it a 3 star because the food and drinks where good and my waitress was very nice and provided great customer service. I really wish I remembered her name but I was so upset on how the manager Jose was, I wanted to make sure I didn't forget his name for this review. If I decide to go back hopefully I can figure who the waitress and update her name in my review because she was excellent. Now let's get to the reason I had a bad experience with the Manager named Jose. So the waitress takes our order and I had told her I didn't want tomatoes or anything else in my chimichanga except chicken and cheese. So she took down my sister and myself order, okay great. Now when the waitress brought our food, I realize after cutting into my chimichanga there was tomatoes in it. Our waitress at the time was not around so I got the attention of another waittress and asked them if the could please tell my waitress to come to the table when they had a chance. By that time here comes this guy comes to find out named Jose and at this time as he approaches the table I didn't know he was the manager, he just comes over and asked if something was wrong with my plate. I told him yes it should only be chicken and cheese. I went to hand him my plate to take it off the table and he proceeded to saying keep the plate on table he will just bring me another chimichanga. I explained to him that I didn't want the chimichanga because of the tomatoes in it. I ask asked him if I could have fresh fries because by the time he brought the correct chimichanga my fries would be cold. He had such an attitude with demanding me to keep the incorrect plate on the table that I just let him go because I was tired of him arguing with me about it. At that time I seen my actual waitress and asked her to come to the table. I asked her who the man was that was over here and that when she let me know he was the manager. I explained to her how he didn't want to take the incorrect plate and bring out the corrected chimichanga with fresh fries. I told her this plate should have been taken off the table and she agreed and apologized and actually took the plate off the table and took it back. It wasn't even 1 minute later, here comes Jose with the same incorrect plate with an attitude talking about " I said I would bring you another chimichanga, do you not want it!" I nicely tried to explain to him again all I am asking is for you to take this plate and correct it with fresh fries because now my fries have gotten cold for sure plus the plate did not need to be on the table since I wasn't going to eat it. He gets an attitude again snatches the plate up off the table again turns around and as he walks off say something under his breath along with saying "these people" and something else. I don't know what all he mumbled under his breath as he walked off but both my sister and I both heard him say "these people". Now in these days in time that can be taken as a racial comment and no it doesn't matter what race you are. The manager Jose's attitude was unpleasant and if he acts like that on a regular he doesn't need to be a manager at all. Also to add the waitress explained to me he was very rude to her when she had taken the incorrect plate back. Not only was Jose disrespectful at the table he was also disrespectful to the waitress. Like I say Jose does not need to...

Me and my husband wanted to try this place it looked great the reviews were wonderful.But. we were not amazed..waiter took our order a little pushy on wanting to take our order.told him we wanted some tortillas flour and corn. And he acted as if $1.49 was gonna be to much for us. He kept saying its $1.49 we were ok thats fine .. Chips were greasy and salsa tasted like pizza sauce. Asked for butter he acted as if they. Didnt have any. My husband went to the restroom a different waitress walked by twice with what looked to be my plate. But asked 2 other tables if it was theirs they said no. Walked past me and took back to kitchen without asking me about 5 mins later another waiter walked out looked around and walked to my table asked me if the plate he had was mine I said no what is it he said idk I said its not mine maybe my husbands idk ..well another 5 mins and our waiter came by asked if everything was ok took my glass and gave me a refill of unsweet tea as I had asked for sweet..came back with what seem to be my plate...then walked off..i went to eat .the food was cold and very very greasy I mean pick it up dripping grease...i could not eat it waiting for waiter to walk by but never did .. Told my husband I was not. Gonna eat it .. Then waiter finally came by told him we wanted take home boxes so I was gonna give mine to dog . he asked if everything was good I said no I told him about my food he said u should of said something I said well I would of if u would of if u would of came by while we were still trying to enjoy our evening but u stayed mia..he said well here is ur bill .. So I will not be going back ..terrible place ....i dont recommend it You get better food. And service at San marcos or la salsa. ..hell even taco mayo has...

While the cocktails are beautiful, i still left very disappointed after our meal. We had a table of 6 and they sat us at a booth, which was a little claustrophobic especially considering how busy it was. This wouldnt have been a huge deal if the service was better. 3 of us ordered drinks and only 2 came out until we flagged down our server and finally got her attention. I waited about 25 minutes for my drink and the server didnt even acknowledge it or apologize which i thought was crazy. Im a server so i know how busy we can get but our drinks were empty, my food was also forgotten because she didnt write anything down im assuming. she also didnt apologize for the food coming out 15 minutes after the others. The chips and salsa were weird, there were lots of chewy chips and theres no salt or anything at the table, not even napkins? We asked for napkins to 2 different people and it still took 10 minutes for them to bring it over. She kept asking if everyone was okay and you could tell we were a bit annoyed but never sent a manager over or atleast try and make up for it? Overall, We will probably not be back. The service was awful, food was mid, but the drinks were unique and beautiful. The whole place just seems very unorganized and chaotic. The bathroom trashcans were overflowing with trash and the toilet wouldnt fully flush so there was just stacks of toilet paper in the toilet bc it wasnt strong enough to flush all the way. There were so many people waiting by the door and covering the exit but there wasnt any sense of urgency to get us taken care of and get us out of there while we were eating. I understand how busy everyone was but the experience was just.....
