First Off I have aprox 20 plus pair of Joggers, among several jackets and Shirts and shorts I have purchased over the last couple of years. I really like the Lululemon Brand, I feel they are a step above the rest when it comes to Quality, although there is another brand I also purchase, that is also great quality maybe even better, it's a bit more expensive but worth the extra. THE Problem with Lululemon is they just cant seem to keep up with their inventory demand, especially since COVID. The other Brand that I also love is Johnny O", as I said their a bit more expensive But" definitely worth it. I would Have never ever looked anywhere else but Lululemon, If Lululemon would provide better inventory control. I like to purchase "On the Now Program, as in I want my Cloths now, I don't mind ordering on-line either. The Kicker is Lululemon takes to long to get your order to you when you do order on-line, but most of the time they are not only out of stock in their stores, but' now it has spread to their on-line inventory as well. It's ridiculous to have to wait, and then to find out they don't have any in stock. I know they are popular but" I think it's Bad Business to ask their customers to wear themselves out to pay top dollar to keep going over and over to theirs stores to see what sizes they have to find out nothing ever changes. Plus your sales person there will say But" we can order it for you, just to find out they can't BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF INVENTORY, it sucks. I don't mind paying extra for the Lulu's but C'mon Lululemon it's just unprofessional to keep this up year after year. That's why I started purchasing from Johnny O's now. I'm just sick of Lululemon's attitude when it comes supplying their customers with inventory. I try to be loyal to the Brands I really like But' once again Lululemon cant, or won't keep up. It's the same with I would guess all of their stores, I just visited the Scottsdale AZ store, fully expecting to find what I wanted only to be let down there as well, I could may be understand my local Lululemon's Store but I just thought seriously, So...
Read moreI apologize because this will be lengthy. My better half surprised me by taking me to Lululemon today. I had never been. Upon arriving, we were told there was a wait time to get in as the store has to limit the number of guests inside at one time. Amy, the amazing young lady manning the virtual check-ins informed us it would be about a 2-hour wait. We decided we would wait it out in line as opposed to leavin and waiting for a text that our spot was next in line. I will admit, it was HOT and we were like 39th in line. We chatted with others in line and everyone seemed to have the same understanding âwhat can you do?â sense of humor about the policy. Amy was so sweet and energetic and kept us up to date throughout, and as unbearable as the heat became with the passing time, the line moved fairly quickly. It took about an hour and a half before our turn came, but once inside, the shopping experience was just as great as Amy had been. We made two purchases and left feeling accomplished. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Another young lady helped me with sizes and I THINK her name was Lauren?? She was very helpful and friendly. In fact, every employee was. The only concern I had was for Amy having to wear a face mask in the 100+ temperatures outside :/ But she had a great attitude and never complained or became irritated at all. She was wonderful and part of the reason I look forward to our next...
Read moreI have bought lulu as gifts for my niece, and finally thought it was time to try it for myself. I just started a new job, and it has been very difficult so I thought I'd reward myself with some new joggers, bought online. Unfortunately, they were too big, so I drove up to the store. I live about an hour away and decided to shop for a bit. After about 45 minutes, I ended up deciding on 2 pairs of pants and 1 shirt. I drive home to find out the security tag is still on my pants. Once again, I return to the store (almost an hour away from my home), and get the tag removed. I decided to return the shirt though. Instead of returning my items, the young lady charged them to me again. Of course, I discover this when I get all of the way home. I call the store and they say I have to go back up with my card to get my money back. I have now been charged twice for a shirt I didn't buy when I was only really there in the first place to get the security tag finally removed. Let's talk my time and the price of gas: they compensated me with a $25 gift card. What can I buy with that? Certainly not much at a store where everything costs an arm and a leg. What an insult. I now have to give this store more of my money just to use the "gift" card they gave me to apologize for their multiple mistakes. I will never buy another item from this company again. Please check your accounts and confirm that the same employee hasn't done...
