Got the cookie sandwich. The positives from this experience are that they were open fairly late on a Tuesday and the staff was pleasant.

Negatives: the staff was not able to answer questions about different flavor options regarding taste and ingredients.

The cookies for the cookie sandwich were rock hard. There was no way to eat this as a sandwich because of this. The cookie literally broke in half on the first bite.

The ice cream also didn’t have much flavor. My wife and I got different flavors and couldn’t really tell a difference. Frankly really disappointed with the quality and this was the second time that’s been the case. We likely won’t be...

Edit: I updated my review to 5 stars! The store manager reached out to be very quickly and invited me back for a second chance. I love their sundaes and it was a great experience! I have been back twice since.

I came in on Wednesday and the woman at the counter was extremely rude. She didn’t smile or greet us when we walked in and just stared at us like we were bothering her when we were deciding what to get. She very rudely repeated herself when my mother didn’t hear her question, handed us our stuff, and went back to being on her phone. Didn’t say anything else to us. The ice cream was great, but we waited 30 minutes to get all our ice cream. The long wait was due to there only be one person in the store, and she was overwhelmed and was not able to be organized. She kept filling other orders between ours, which prolonged our visit. The ice cream is always great, but it will be a long time before we drive accross town to spend 5 dollars on Sundae's when we can go to braums and get double dips cheaper, and get them in minutes. There were other unhappy families around us.
