OMG 😱 This is a restaurant right out of India 🇮🇳 amazing food and don’t get me started with the garlic Nune AKA Indian freshly backed bread with garlic OMG If you go to this restaurant and NOT order the garlic brad it is as if you go to Coney Island and not order the hotdogs But everything is hit out of the ballpark Not just the garlic bread 🥯 IT IS CRAZY If you’ve ever had Indian food 🥘 you know the explosion of flavors in your mouth OMG It’s better than S** OMG This restaurant simply takes it to another level and so affordable and “clean” That is my only issue with Indian restaurants Friendly staff and very accommodating And they asked if you want it spicy 🌶 hot 🥵 or not The food was so delicious I yanked the chef out of the kitchen AJ and asked him for the recipe and as packed as the restaurant was middle of lunch he took the time to explain the recipe in detail I had to order 3 other dishes to go So clean everything delicious very affordable and friendly stuff I just wish they were closer to my house or had a second location as they have another location in Long Beach Anyways don’t miss out on this hidden gem 💎 On chapmen and Lewis I...

Having been born in the USA, the land where Indian cuisine flourishes, I’ve been coming to this amazing restaurant for over 3 years now, and it has never disappointed me. The restaurant offers a delightful blend of old-school, authentic cooking recipes that stay true to the roots of Indian culinary heritage. Each dish bursts with true flavors, creating an experience that transports you to the vibrant streets of India, exploring a myriad of delightful flavors.

I highly recommend trying their delectable kebabs or opting for the freshly prepared lunch combos. However, my latest obsession has to be their exquisite lamb biryani; it’s an absolute delight for the taste buds. The attention to detail in every dish is evident, and the quality of the food is exceptional.

Once I tried this place on the recommendation of a friend, it quickly became the go-to spot for solid Indian fare whenever I was jonesin’ for it. The prices are more than fair for the generous portion sizes and the lovely folks running the place are always super nice and accommodating. It’s not a huge or fancy spot but it doesn’t pretend to be and doesn’t need to be in order to provide a satiatingly pleasant experience. I’ve tried several of the alternatives in the area and while the food is usually great too, the prices are close to double and the staff (at least at one not far down the road) have made my presence feel almost burdensome on multiple occasions. I’m an enthusiastic patron of this place for years now and will continue happily.

My personal standard order is the 2 item combo with Black Pepper Chicken & Palak Paneer, Garlic Naan and a Mango Lassi (of which there’s a vegan option as well)
