Nike Factory Store - Orange — Local services in Orange

I will NEVER come into this nike store ever again. I bought a pair of shoes at this store because i have always had great experiences. I had recieved a special discount when i got my shoes and unfortunately, i needed to exchange them. When i came into the store today to exchange the shoes for something i liked better, they were more expensive than the shoes i originally bought.

When i got to the register, the cashier who helped me had explained in a polite way that he could not give me both discounts. The cashier had suggested to talk to the manager and ask about the discounts. The manager, Danarrius came over after the cashier explained the situation and Danarrius came over and said no i cant do the discount and turned around and walked away.

As a manager myself, that is not how you treat the customer. If there is something that cannot be done, you need to explain to the customer why you cannot do it. Danarrius, however, did not do that. He was rude and disrespectful about the entire situation. The way he said no i cant do the discount had such arrogance, entitlement, and i felt racially profiled because he did not want to help me or explain to me why he could not do the discount because i am hispanic. As a fellow person of color, i am appaled with the discrespect and racially carged response that was given to me by Danarrius that it is disappointing how the store manager, nate, could promote someone like Danarrius who has racial bias towards hispanics.

I love nike and everything the company stands for. However, the fact that i had this experience with nike is disappointing and makes me question if i should continue to buy from nike. Instead of walking out with shoes that i wanted that would of given the store money, i did the return and walked away with no shoes and the store lost money for the day. With common decency and no racial bias, i would of been happy and the store would of made money.I will NEVER come into this nike store ever again. Went in to buy my brother shoes and myself as well . I saw a employees bring out some shoes I been meaning to get since I missed the released on them . They told me they had no more but had a whole bunch that they where bring in . I told them the system had 2 In stock of a size 10 they said they aren't no more . But I keep persisting on them since I saw another employee bring out another pair to another customer. I asked a different employee and he said they do have em in stock but cooperate & manager doesn't want to bring them out no more . To me that's not okay because of the system says you guys have some available and lie to me about it and then someone else says they do have them and don't wanna sell em or bring em out that just not okay they should be available to the public . This just sounds like employee trying to buy it for themselves I saw at least 8 boxes of the same shoe . I will no longer be shopping here again . I felt disrespect for trying to bring business to your company . Absolutely disappointing for nike . Special the employees for lying about not having em and finding out from someone else they do. If I were able to I would give them a 0 as a review. They have very bad employees that discriminate. I was at the store and I was waiting to get in the store and a few people came and the guy that works here told them that they weren’t able to go in because “ they close at 5:30 the line”. And then a group of women came and one of them made the excuse that “ they came all the way from LA and they were flying out tomorrow” and the guy let them in. And then I was waiting in line to return shoes and a guy came saying that he had to return shoes and just because he said that he wanted to speak to the manager and he did speak to the manager they let him in, but when I went to tell them that I was just going to return my shoes they said that they weren’t able to let me in, that I had to wait in line.
