Extremely rude staff! My wife and I went in to browse as we saw it on our way back to our car, at first everything was fine and we were enjoying looking at all the things and then we saw the clearance section. We were actually super tempted on purchasing so we started really looking as we wanted to take advantage of the buy two get one free. We then saw one that was behind that was not part of the same series and we were really interested in that one. So I attempted to just take two from the bottom to be able to get to the one the back once I started doing that, the employee came from behind me and started yelling and saying what am I doing! He scared both my pregnant wife and I, and we kindly explained all we were doing is trying to get the other one and it wasn't like it was on the top shelf or anything it was just stacked and not very high at all. After I explained, I told them that he had scared both of us and then he laughed at us saying "I scared you?"then laugh some more. I got really upset and I decided to put everything that I was about to buy back. As I was doing this he started arguing with me and saying that I should have asked him for help even though all it was was just moving to funkos. I told them that's okay we are no longer interested because I don't like being yelled at for something that wasn't necessary. He then started raising his voice and saying I'm not yelling at you and then kept repeating it. My wife and I walked out of the store as he kept saying I wasn't yelling at you even though all of the customers were looking at him including his associate. After that in a sarcastic way and said have a good day as he was laughing and I turned around because I thought that was so rude to see him waving me off. Honestly this is the first time I went into the store with every intention to buy something and come back the next day to buy something they were going to get in stock, but I guess I will be going somewhere else as the ridicule that I had received without even an apology and just him yelling some more about him not yelling. I would be advised before going into this store, you just never know who you're going to interact with and it might not be worth it to buy anything if they are going to be this aggressive especially with something I feel like shouldn't have been yelling at all. I for one am...

My family & I were in Anaheim from out of town... We also happen to be avid collectors of Funko Pops... Happen to find this amazing through a Google search, and let me tell you it definitely lives up to the hype, rating, & reviews... Chrono Toys is not only the best Funko Pop store around (yes, that includes the actual Funko Pop store itself in Hollywood!! 💯) The selection they carry is awesome!! Not only that, they've got a bunch of great deals on a lot of the items in the store... Such as deals on the Pops, backpacks, etc... Also Chrono Toys customer service is 2nd to none... They've got some great, friendly, knowledge, trustworthy people who work there... Such as, Jordan & Aaron... When we went a few weeks back, we had bought a bunch of Pops & my wife bought a backpack that also had a matching wallet... A couple days after we returned home my wife realized, we'd never received the wallet that we purchased with the backpack... So I called the store, & talked to Aaron, & told him what had transpired a coupe days prior, when we had purchased the Pops, backpack & matching wallet... Aaron relayed the msg to Jordan, who had indeed remembered my family & I, as well as the accordion wallet that went with the backpack my wife got... He apologized, gave me his word, he would ship the wallet to my house free of charge... He took pics of everything & double checked thay our info was correct... He even gave me tje trqcking # too... The very next day he shipped the wallet out (S/o UPS for quick delivery!) & the wallet was back in our possession a couple days later... That's good old fashioned, legit, honest,trustworthy, respectable customer service... Chrono Toys, Jordan & Aaron are all awesome in my book, & will definitely get mine & my family's business again when we go back to Anaheim in the near future & have a customer(s) for life in me & my family 💯 Thank you again guys & see you soon... Can't wait to go back to the store & buy more cool stuff again!!

Nylie? Stated she is the store of the manager. I went four times every weekend back to back to purchase a boo-boo. All four purchases were green labubu yes they are a surprise but I just feel like they keep selling the green ones on purpose feel like it’s a scam yes, I understand. It’s not their fault. It’s not nylies or staff fault but the way she was talking to me on Instagram telling me that it’s not their fault when I already have told them Since my second purchase as in awe man I got a green again then it started to become repetitive completely. I understand it’s not their fault instead of offering me something or compensating for purchasing four of them back to back with the same color kind of suspicious I get I’m sorry I wish they would understand more how frustrating that was if you are going to buy a labubu just know you’re going to buy a green one. Don’t waste your time and walk in there and purchase them somewhere else. They stated they know some stores that can buy them from you when you purchased 4 green back to back every weekend . I wish they would offer that buy them back from you so they can do that themselves and give you back your money or a small discount , but it is what it is. Just trying to warn you guys not to purchase little labubus from there cause you will get a green one unless you need a green one go here lol but also nylie lie at first saying that I need to speak with a manager when she introduced herself as a manager so I was pretty confused there at least offer your customer some kind of a percent discount or something not just I’m sorry and it’s not my fault plus they sell them for 54 so it’s not like I’m complaining for the popmart amount these people making back...
