Let me say that this is by far the best sushi place that I have been to so far, I have tried multiple places however this beats all of them without a doubt. The costumer service is excellent and the food is phenomenal, we went tonight for dinner service and it was full. Right away we were advised that it would be a 20-30 minute wait so they took our names and phone number and they told us that we should get a call when a table was ready. So we went to a store near by to kill sometime, we were there for maybe 20 minutes and then we received a call which surprised me because I am used to waiting longer. We went in and got seated right away and our waiter Diana came over shortly after with the menu, she was phenomenal and she definitely deserves a raise 🙂 she was very polite and timely with her service. We did not have to ask for refills once and she always made a priority to walk by our table to see how we were doing. Now for the best part the food, let me tell you that the quality of this restaurant is top notch, all the sushi that we had was well balanced and we could taste every ingredient with every bite and never once did i feel like it was overwhelmed with sauce. Other sushi places that I have been to always have so much sauce that eventually I get overwhelmed and scrape it off or if the sauce comes off it does not taste as good, however this sushi was just phenomenal in every way. It was well put together and all the ingredients complemented each other so well that each bite tasted better than the rest, I took my time savoring every bite. We also ordered the creme brulee and lets just say that it did not disappoint either, I have tasted it in other places and this is by far the best one that I have came across. It is so smooth and rich that every bite tastes like fluffy airy pudding, but what makes this even better is that the top is so crunchy yet not overwhelmingly sweet nor does it have a brunt taste. It is like a fluffy crunchy cloud and it is well balanced to perfection, it has just the right amount of sweetness and the right amount of crunchiness. It is to delicious to put into words so whenever you go in getting it is must, I would definitely be coming back and recoding it to all of my friends back home. Thank you Diana for all your wonderful service and to all the hardworking staff for making such a wonderful meal and to the person making the creme brulee you have phenomenal skills you have many...

Read moreAs a local who loves exploring Orlando’s sushi scene, I had high hopes for this place — but this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in the city. We arrived to a moderately busy restaurant and were told to wait while our table for two was prepared. No problem. A party of three came in after us and gave the host a hard time about the wait. Moments later, we were seated.
About 10 minutes into our meal, the host returned and told us we had to give up our table because it was “reserved.” Confused but polite, we got up and asked to sit at the bar instead. We were told that was fine. We sat there — again — for another 10-15 minutes. No water. No greeting. Nothing.
Then I noticed the same party of three who had arrived after us — the ones who gave the host attitude — were now sitting at the table we had just been removed from. At that point, I was done.
I went back to the host stand and calmly explained that I know that group came in after us. We were literally the only two parties to enter within that 20-minute window. They also had a child with them — hard to miss.
After some awkward back-and-forth, a manager offered us another table and explained the host was new. Honestly, that’s not an excuse. You don't lie to seated guests, pull them from their table, and then give it away to someone else. It's not just poor service — it’s disrespectful.
We left before ordering. If you care about being treated fairly and professionally when dining out, I’d skip this place. There are too many great spots in Orlando that know how to run a...
