This was the worst experience at an Olive Garden I’ve ever experienced. From the layout of the front entrance to the meals everything was lacking. This is a high tourist area and the front entrance was a bottleneck. 4 hosts/managers couldn’t keep people and tables straight to seat them. We were taken to a dining room where there was no room between seats, about 12 inches between tables. A couple with a stroller couldn’t walk in the aisle. The hostess expected us to pass through a 3 inch space between a manager and a chair to walk to our table. Definitely not in ADA compliance and definitely not a safe situation if there is an emergency. When we sat down we did not have a server. One walking by said he and managers were just picking up tables as they saw them and he decided to take ours. He was extremely overwhelmed but seemed to do the best he could with the management he has. We witnessed a manager “wipe off” a table only to leave cheese and crumbs all over it and the seat. Servers and managers were stacking dirty dishes on tables for several minutes until a busser would come by and clear them. Servers couldn’t place tray holders properly and they were falling on the floor. The kitchen appeared extremely backed up. Overall pretty terrible experience. Maybe tourists are okay with that but as a local resident it was pretty pathetic. The general manager had been sitting at a table and left his laptop and store materials out for all to see. Extremely unprofessional.

This restaurant offers classic Italian cuisine and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the things that stood out to me about Olive Garden was the trivia games that were available to play while waiting for our food. It was a fun way to pass the time and added an extra element of entertainment to the dining experience. The questions were a mix of general knowledge and pop culture, and it was a fun challenge to try to answer them all.( This is a paid thing but fun to try ) But, of course, the food was the real star of the show at Olive Garden. The breadsticks were warm and garlicky, and the salad was fresh and flavorful. I also tried the chicken alfredo, which was rich and creamy with tender pieces of chicken. The menu also includes a variety of other pasta dishes, soups, and appetizers, all of which looked delicious. In addition to the food and games, the service at Olive Garden was friendly and attentive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The restaurant also offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with Italian-inspired decor and comfortable seating.

Oh My God! The words I can only use to describe the flavor of the food me and my husband had yesterday evening at this beautiful both inside and out Olive Garden operated by our new friend Albert Chin, his establishment was so fantastic we had to take a picture with his name outside the front door! I highly suggest the chicken parm with Alfredo pasta, the chicken was as moist as me and my husband after a long night in the bedroom 🤭 I kid! I kid! Outside of the food our server was amazing at her job, she knew the menu inside and out and answered any questions we had regarding the menu. please please please come to this Olive Garden and eat your heart out on the unlimited bread sticks salad and soup.

Came in for lunch at noon(ish) Thursday, 6/15/17 with my friend/colleague & we were first in line, they were not busy, but were very disorganized. They were very friendly, for the most part. The exception was the pregnant young lady behind the takeout counter, she was very rude when speaking to her coworkers & that should never take place in front of patrons. They initially told us 5-10 minutes, okay, fine, we’re patient, but we are on our lunch break. Then we noticed other people coming in & receiving the buzzers, we did not, but we stood in front of the hostess stand & they acknowledged us often. They were very apologetic, but again, disorganized. We ended up waiting closer to 20 minutes, as it turns out, though they weren’t busy & as others arriving after us noted, had many tables open, they finally broke down & explained they were short on servers. Okay, please, just explain from the beginning and no one will continue to say “there’s an open table there”, we didn’t but the impatient family behind us did & it was very uncomfortable. This was our only less than stellar visit to this location. Once we were seated, service was flawless, but we’re also two very accepting and kind women, so it’s hard to disappoint us. The food, typical salad & soup, perfection. My friend’s eggplant meal was perfect. I ordered soup & salad as well as the appetizer sampler with mushrooms, mozzarella & zucchini. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered it because my husband is not a mushroom fan, but I was incredibly shocked at the recipe changes. The zucchini was awful, my friend is a vegetarian & I had her try it, she was like “that’s not good”, the cheese portions were half the size they were in the past, I understand change, so no big deal there, but the breading was weird too. Oh, and the olives in the salad tasted different, I’m sure they’ve always come from a can, but these REALLY tasted like they came from a can, that too was a first. Lastly, the mushrooms recipe also changed, they are now only stuffed with clams, I know that’s new because I’ve never had them that way & they tasted a little fishy. While I love seafood, I do not eat fish, anything with fins. I only eat scallops, clams, oysters, lobster, crab, shrimp, mussels, true...

After a long fun day at Universal Studios Orlando FL I took my family out to eat to the location stated above on May 3rd, 2022. As a fan of Olive Garden I thought this would be a lovely way to end our time on vacation. I took my daughter and son who were tired, exhausted, sore, sweaty, etc. We first got there and noticed that there were tables open but asked us to wait ten minutes. This part was completely understandable. After being seated we waited for a bit (roughly 10 minutes to) and others quickly filled the tables around us. After waiting for 15 minutes for the waitress (Ally) to get our drink order, she finally came. She took our order but seemed annoyed with the simple fact having to this task. With our drinks we ordered an appetizer. After taking our order she took the other tables order. However, she greeted them with kindness and quickly got their stuff throughout the night. This table was a group of three just like us, however they were a group of women in their mid twenties. After waiting 10 minutes she came back with our water and the drinks for the other table across from us. A few minutes later a nice lady came with our appetizer. By this time the waitress already had gotten refills for the other table. Keep in mind that the other table showed up 10 minutes after us and was immediately being taken care of. Within the 15 minutes it took the waitress to come with the soup that came with the meal the other table (group of women) was served early and we’re getting asked if they wanted second of bowl. Once again, they were seated after us and ordered food after us. She brought out the second bowl of soup for the table next to us, and asked my daughter if she needed at her glass of water. After 15 minutes of waited for a second glass of water for my daughter who was lightly sunburned and dehydrated, she came out with the glass of water. Then proceeded to say with a rude tone, “I...

Came to eat here while visiting from out of town with my family, the waiter from the beginning was a total disaster, could not comprehend our simple order (3 chicken Alfredo’s, 1 shrimp Alfredo, my three family members requested salad, and me chicken and gnocchi soup, fried mozzarella and a pasta boat (Alfredo)), once we had that sorted we never received our breadsticks nor my pasta boat. Once we began to eat I noticed my chicken Alfredo’s chicken was chewy and not cooked well, (I checked a couple pieces to make sure it wasn’t just one off piece) I told the waiter promptly to which he said he would check with the kitchen to see what they could do, at this time I asked for another soup for the meantime and mentioned we never received our break sticks, or pasta boat. After waiting a while with no Alfredo, soup, or breadsticks I flagged another waiter down to ask for a refill for our drinks and for the soup and breadsticks that was never brought, they promptly brought as a refill of drinks but we never received the breadsticks nor my soup. At this point I had to flag our original waiter down again and remind him about my chicken Alfredo, soup refill and breadsticks to which he said the breadsticks are being made (my family had pretty much finished eating by this point) and said that he thought I didn’t want the chicken Alfredo. The manager finally came over and tried to rectify the situation but at this point we were completely drained from the back and forth, she gave us a gift card for the Alfredo that was never given to me and some breadsticks to go and told us to have a good night. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. If I could give 0...
