Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oroville

Every time I come to this location mid day. It's a young man who does the car's out order. So no matter if you pull up first, he will take the orders of the two cars that pulled up after you in the next lane. When you're in a crunch for a time this is a little irritating. Today the whole reason why I jumped in line Because there was only three cars there. My order was delayed becauyes the young man took the order of the car's next to me before getting to me. Instead of waiting on three orders, I had to wait on five people to get their orders before me. If I'm in a crunch, it's my fault, but when you take the orders, a people who arrive after me I'm being delayed by your order of operation. Service at this location is best described as mediocre, at best. My wife ordered a “Medium Frosted Blackberry Lemonade add Real Fruit.” We first received a frosted lemonade with real fruit no blackberry and returned it right back to them and said “It is supposed to be a Frosted Blackberry Lemonade with real fruit.” They said “ok” and proceeded to make the wrong drink a second time. This location is absolutely AMAZING the folks that work this Dutch really are the best I've lived in Oregon Washington and Texas and had Dutch at all three but usually the service is subpar at best however since moving out here in March this has been my favorite Dutch to go to the people are ALWAYS polite they ALWAYS get the order right and they are ALWAYS kind y'all rock keep on rockin you are appreciated
