I apologize for writing a short novel BUT, My recent two-day retreat at ARRIVE in Palm Springs was a profound immersion in luxury, where the overwhelming sense of pure aesthetic was both palpable and consistent from the moment I arrived. ARRIVE is not just a hotel; it’s a carefully crafted experience where every detail—from the architecture to the ambiance—embodies an exquisite commitment to modern elegance. The room I stayed in was a testament to this philosophy, offering an expansive space that radiated both comfort and sophistication. The seamless blend of sleek, contemporary design with touches of warmth created an environment that was as inviting as it was luxurious. Each element, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully placed decor, contributed to an atmosphere where relaxation came effortlessly. The entire stay was underscored by a meticulous attention to detail that elevated the experience to one of sheer indulgence. The mini-fridge bar, often an afterthought in many hotels, was yet another example of ARRIVE's dedication to quality. It was not just stocked—it was curated, offering an array of beautifully crafted snacks that were both affordable and delicious, further enhancing the sense of luxury that permeated my stay. However, this sense of serenity was briefly disrupted at the end of my visit. Upon checking out, I discovered that my car, parked prominently in front spaces on the back lot of the hotel, had been broken into. The sunroof and a window was shattered, and a few personal items were stolen. What compounded this unfortunate experience is management’s response, which was disappointingly lackluster. Despite the evident security lapse, their stance was one of helplessness, offering no support or resolution but hey I understand and I’m over it. Not your fault. ARRIVE earns a strong 9.5 out of 10 in my book, with the hope that future visits will see an enhancement in security measures, allowing guests to enjoy the full spectrum of luxury without reservation. Despite this minor flaw, ARRIVE remains a place I eagerly anticipate returning to—an exemplary oasis of style and comfort in Palm Springs. *AI Starryline created the following photos, they are not real*

I chose this hotel to stay and enjoy the pool and swim, so I appreciated that it is advertised as adults only. I did enjoy the pool, and they even had a few floaties for guests to use (free). There is also a large jacuzzi, which I used later as it got cooler. The room was just ok. It was cute and spacious, however, the small refrigerator in the room was already full of drinks, that I didn't want. There was also a big basket of candy that I didn't want on top of the refrigerator. I put it on the floor, so I wouldn't have to look at it. Room 106, where I stayed, was right by the parking lot. The only windows in the room were up high, so you can't really see out, except out of the glass door. I didn't really feel very safe with a glass door, especially on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. A couple of other negatives about the room were, there is no closet, no full length mirror, and no iron. There was a nice flat screen tv on the wall, but when I tried to turn it on, either it didn't work or the remote didn't work, but at 10:00 at night, I wasn't going to start calling around to try to figure it out. Good thing I brought my tablet. Overall, ok place. I don't know if I would stay there again.

I visited ARRIVE for a single day just for a short break between time with my family and felt that overall, the experience was lovely, though not entirely perfect.

Starting with service/hospitality: The staff do put in an earnest effort in being patient and pleasant, and I was particularly impressed by how well they handled some more challenging hotel guests during my stay. Some of the bar staff take a tad longer than one would like to come around but I think this is more of a consequence of pacing in general, as they don't seem to have a lot of staff on-prem at any given time.

Room and Amenties: I REALLLLYY wish this hotel had a gym/fitness center, it would just be icing on the cake especially given that it's so hard to exercise outdoors in Palm Springs for a large amount of the year, but the pool, cabanas, and bar are beautifully situated.

my original room was missing a TV remote so that was a bummer. It took about 20 minutes for a staff member to swing by and help me out, and a cursory search confirmed it was gone. After an additional 20 minutes I texted the front desk to ask if anyone was able to find a spare remote or if I was just out of luck for the day, and within a few moments they texted me back letting me know they'd move me to another room, which was great.

The new room was beautiful, but this time missing glassware for the minibar. Oh well! I didn't care much, but it's the little things that you notice as a guest.

In general the grounds are well kept and I also love that each suite has a little outdoor space to relax and lounge with some limited privacy.

Check in/out process: I was pretty bummed to see that complimentary late checkout was not offered during my stay, particularly given that the hotel didn't seem very busy. The prices they were asking for a 30-60 minute extension were pretty steep as well. Normally as a guest you are welcome to use the poolside amenities even after checkout, however I learned that someone had bought out the entire pool for the day when I checked out which kind of soured my experience a bit as I was hoping for more time to lounge outdoors.

Overall, I think ARRIVE is a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but it's probably worth visiting during off-peak season as I'm not completely sold on how much I'd find the price to value ratio...

I have so many things to say - but first off - Andre deserves the biggest shout out. He took customer service to the next level. The first few days were good, but when Andre got on service, he was suddenly checking in frequently at the poolside, recommending drinks, and making us feel like we were at a speakeasy by making special drinks and recommendations. Honorable mention to Amanda.

Other perks - extremely dog friendly! Staff and guests alike were all so welcoming of my dog.

The room was clean and adorable. We did not have a patio room and during the week (Monday - Friday) had no difficulty grabbing a poolside chair. Poolside chairs are first reserved for rooms with patios. Would recommend chairs become first come first serve after noon?

Room service could be improved. On our first full day, we received a text to respond by noon if we wanted a cleaning. We responded several hours before noon and were told they were full. We inquired and they said they only had capacity to clean 5 out of 30 rooms that day. Totally understand staffing is rough these days, but I do expect that staying in a hotel we’d get fresh towels and a cleaning daily. Thankfully they were able to accommodate and make the bed and deliver towels. We asked for room cleaning the remaining days. We got it one day and then no correspondence the following days. Disappointing for sure!

Room TVs could be improved - the Apple TV was behind the tv rendering the remote useless until we adjusted. Not end of the world but worth noting.

Poolside service is lovely and delicious. Best Bloody Marys. Again, another shout out to Andre for accommodating coffee drinks by getting espresso from next door at Cartels.

The pool amenities are wonderful. Generously sized pool, hot tub, day beds, cabanas, ping pong tables, outdoor shower and nearby accessible and clean restrooms.

Very walkable - we didn’t rent a car and could easily walk or Uber to all our destinations.

Things that could make this five stars:

Daily room cleanings without having to text early or reserve in advance Pet bowls and beds in the room Dog menu at the pool! Dresser in the room Fixing the pool gates so that key cards work at all entries

Overall would definitely stay again! Love being able to bring my dog and interact with such kind staff and...

We have been visiting Palm Springs for about five years and for many of those years, my husband and I would eat breakfast or lunch at Arrive. We always had a good meal and good service, however something has changed. We are here visiting again and ate there for a second time today (during this trip)…both times have been a pretty terrible experience. You are not making us feel welcome at all. Most of our trips to the area have been over two weeks, so we cannot typically stay at your hotel due to availability, but we always check and would have loved to stay there in the future. After my experiences now, I wouldn’t stay there. When I walk in for a table with myself and my husband and ask for a table for two, I don’t need to be told that you are 21 and over. We get it and we aren’t walking in with a child. I have been told over and over that you are 21 and over (when I called both times to make sure you were open, and when we walked in). We get it, but it’s completely off-putting now. I do appreciate you letting us know, but maybe there is some common sense that can be used because if heaven forbid I did walk up with my child, I’d be mortified at how you inform us about it. The food used to be better, so I’m not sure if you have new ownership or if it’s due to covid, but it was just lacking flavor altogether. What really prompted me to write this review was today when we were there for a late breakfast, you wouldn’t let us sit in the sun while we waited for the food we ordered because we were not hotel guests. There were about four total people at the pool, so we clearly weren’t taking up their space and we were not trying to sit in a reserved chair. We simply wanted to sit on the sofa in the sun while we waited for our food. We actually wanted to leave at that point, but stayed because we already placed our order. That was just about enough of treating us like we are not good enough to be at your restaurant. I love how beautiful your place is, but I wouldn’t want to go back there for a meal or a hotel stay. The energy you are putting off is upsetting and I hope that it can improve. If you don’t want to be inclusive of non-hotel guests, then you may not want to open your restaurant up to everyone. Just because someone is not staying at your hotel right now, does not mean they wouldn’t...
