FIRST AND FOREMOST, the lady who was working the cash register in the arcade should be NOWHERE NEAR customer service EVER. I came in with my brother and his significant other and I wanted to do the slingshot and swing. There is no signage outside indicating that they were not working. It is also showing on their website âflying highâ or whatever it was. Iâm not upset that those are down because it happens and safety is important, but rather that it was not communicated with us that they werenât working. If there was any signage, we wouldâve gotten back in the car and left. All the lady said was that they didnât have them here, which I thought she meant you canât purchase them inside. She did not communicate that they werenât working. So we went outside because we hadnât purchased our card yet. We were trying to see if there was someone at the outside building that could help us. No one was there. We were looking at the rides and saw you can ride those with points so we assumed that we can purchase a card to ride those. So my brother went in and asked for a $50 card. I had him do it because I was getting a little frustrated with going back and forth because she was very vague about the situation and didnât seem like she cared to help us. We went back outside and the cashier pointed at the building where to go on our way out. Still nobody visibly at the building. So we knocked on the window and another female came out. We told her that we wanted to do the slingshot / swing. She said that they werenât working so I just wanted a refund. She offered go-carts but we werenât there for the go-carts. No apology offered. We ran into two other customers that were also confused and frustrated outside. The lady from outside brought us inside to get my refund. Then instead of the cashier at minimum apologizing, she decided to escalate the situation and argue with me and gaslight me when she was confusing and didnât seem to want to be there in the first place. And the lady that was giving the refund also did nothing to diffuse the situation and even had an attitude with me. I was already frustrated from going back and forth because she was vague and that we wasted any time at all here. Again, Iâm not upset that the rides werenât working. Iâm upset that it wasnât clearly communicated with us until we went back outside for like the 3rd time. And the fact that cashier proceeded to argue with me and gaslight me. It was very unprofessional and the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Iâve worked in customer service and could never imagine treating a customer the way I was treated here. She should be fired. Get your staff in line. No wonder why you guys have received previous bad reviews. Shouldâve looked into that before...
   Read moreTook my kids there yesterday before heading back home my oldest son rode the go karts he had fun. No issues with the karts the issue was with the arcade Took my two younger kids into arcade to play while we waited for there brother and dad to be done with karts. As you walk into the arcade they have a quarter machine that is standing right there there is no signs that say anything about the quarter machine just being a random machine so I assume that the quarter machine was for the arcade. Unknowingly I put my money in the machine to get the quarters out just to find out that the arcade takes the card now instead of the quarters so I went to the front desk to explain to the lady what have happened and that I used my money in the quarter machine and was now going to have to give her the quarters to put on a card she refused to take my quarters and put them on the card for my kids to play. She asked me did I not read the sign and I explained to her that I read the sign stating that it was a quarter machine and I mistakenly thought that the machine was for the arcade that it took quarters she still refused to take my quarters as payment for the card. when I asked to speak to their manager she told me the manager was not there I found out after walking outside to tell my husband what happened that the manager was there so I spoke with him all he said he could do was go and talk to her and apologize to me I will not be taking my children back there again staff was very rude in the arcade.    Read moreFirst off I want to say I have been going here for year I am a local. However I won't be going back. Last night I brought my kids, my girlfriend and her daughter here since my gf and her daughter have never been. Her 11 yo daughter was excited we had fun with arcade and go-carts but when we were exchanging tickets for prizes she was going up to counter with an armload of prizes and stumbles trying to put the stuff on the counter the employee started yelling at my gfs daughter saying you don't have to throw the stuff and card at me, and just went off on her making making her cry. My gf went up there to trying and sort it out and got and attitude granted she was upset that her daughter was brought to tears by this lady. I waited a bit watching I waited until I thought the employee calmed down and my gf and her daughter and rest of kids were outside I went up and tried to calmly talk to her but before I could even say anything the employee starts with is your wife still pissed then turned to the other employee and started talking in another language besides English. I told her if she had an 11 yo daughter and someone made her cry wouldn't she be upset and she said no she would be respectful which I know is a lie being she can't even be respectful of the children and customers she has. So I chose the stuff the kids wanted and worked with the other employee that was there who was nice and seen it all and apologized for her coworkers behavior.
