DO NOT STAY HERE !! Worst experience ever they don’t even have a mini fridge! Or a microwave . The microwave I can understand but not having something to put drinks or food in overnight is crazy! Over 10 states i visiting NONE ever NOT had a mini fridge !!
That’s con number 1,
#2- The rooms are WAY to small the beds are damn near pushed together and they’re isn’t any room to walk , put a blow up bed, get dress, put your clothes up or anything
#3- shower was way too dirty, looks like it’s 80 years old
#4 - they steal from you. I thought they were being nice not coming to tell us to check out exactly at 11:30. I took my time because it’s my birthday I had a Long weekend I’m tired , moving slow , I said aww they usually would come by now.
When I finally checked out around 12:30 I sat in the car smoker for a while, did a zoom meeting for my job and before leaving I turned around and said I wonder if they need the key ?
So I turned around got back around 1:03PM and the lady was sooooooooo rude, she just was acting untouchable and like she could just say whatever !
She said “it’s after 1PM so we have to keep your security deposit” I said woaaah where was that at in the rules? Why you guys didn’t make a big deal about it or anything if that was the case!!!!! Could have brought it to my attention , then she goes to say she gave me something to “ sign “ that says that. I said so nicely okay can I see it? And she says no, you can leave , we make everyone sign it, YOU signed it I said what am I leaving for ? It’s so easy to shut me up just show me where I signed , now all of a sudden “ she can’t pull it up “ how can’t you show somebody what you signed ? She said no matter if I find it or not your not getting your $100 back
Wow, just no consideration. Could have atleast said “ we usually keep your whole security deposit but since it’s only 3 minutes we can just take half of it” ANYTHING to compensate like I’m here visiting , it’s my BIRTHDAY!! shee was just SO ANGRY. ROBBED me for $100 blind because I was “ 3 minutes over the check out time”
I kept asking them to show me where I signed and they said “ CALL THE POLICE” they are used to BUMS and SMOKERS renting this hotel, so they talked to me like I was just something off the street. This is how they treat a formal NFL player. I just feel like they could’ve accommodated more being that they had construction going on at 8AM everyday which left my Lamborghini dusty and dirty non stop no matter how much I’ve washed it. Also couldn’t get any sleep. Some times they start construction at 7AM. Loud as hell!!!! Just ridiculous. This is not a place I should’ve stayed at knowing I have the money to go over at the MGM. They would never, I was trying to support small businesses and knowing I wasn’t going to be at the room anyway, I just stayed here. But they don’t care I hate poor costumer service because it can really make or break your day. Let me see if corporate knows about it.
Negative 8 stars if I could.
#4 - the carpet needs a cleaning. It’s sticky. And scary and spots everywhere no telling what it is. I was scared to walk barefoot I had shoes on the whole time how hard is it to...
Read moreWe are not big fans of Las Vegas, but our daughter bought us tickets for "The Blue Man Group" show (five stars there!), and we wanted to stay somewhere cheap, within walking distance to the Luxor Theatre. Little did we know. The location is, well, interesting. It is placed in the center of a block. There are a couple of hundred yards of new wire fences all over the place (which they forgot to notify Google Maps about, so the navigator keeps sending you into sketchy dead-ends all the time. Especially late at night.) Once we finally arrived, we went to check-in. The night clerk asked us if we wanted a "no smoking" room, to which we responded "Yes!". I guess it was some sort of trick question, or we were inadvertently in "Nevada's Opposite Day", because I'm pretty sure that the room he gave us had been chain-smoking for a long, long time. And not only tobacco. The stench. O, the stench! I wouldn't be surprised if I got lung cancer. I came in as a light tenor, left as a deep bass. Initially, I feared that the proximity to the airport would be an issue, but fortunately the noise of low-flying helicopters and jet engines was handsomely masked by the rattling noise of the A/C unit. Eerily, the toilet was self-flushing all night long. Ghosts? Maybe, but I think it was just that the water in the deposit preferred to be in the sewers than to remain any longer in that room. The place was filthy all around, but we didn't see any cockroaches, fleas, or rats, which is an indication that even the lowest of vermin have some self-esteem, and would choose cleaner places to infest. The TV set, unsurprisingly, was old: it had more frame area than screen area. 80s remote control. 80s grime. It had cable, though: All four local channels! But that was not a problem for us. We didn't lack entertainment! With my wife we spent a few hours trying to figure out what kind of murder would have left that big bloodstain on the ceiling! On the bright side, I must say that the staff was very smart. How do I know? Well, for starters they never asked the customary "Have you found everything ok?". They knew better than that. In conclusion, if Las Vegas is "Sin City" this hotel is a good reminder of where you will go if you don't repent thoroughly...
Read moreHello All, I would like write my experience with this hotel which can help you to deal the things better.
It’s completely within budget and walkable to strip if you are young and no family with you. For family always plan to take any hotel in mid of the strip (near to TReasure Island) to avoid more walk.
I have booked this hotel with Bank of America offer in mobile app, surprisingly got the room for lesser cost for 3 nights. Reached Vegas airport late night 2 am due to flight delay and surprised to hear from reception that they don’t accept third party bookings 🫣 seriously ☹️? ? Later she asked my name and tried to skip and old lady don’t want to give room to me. We know that they want more money in weekends and she planned to reject.
Finally she got my name with last name and given key for room after mile 😜 as punishment to me. Checked room, there is no water and taps are not working.
Again walked to reception and requested another room near by, she given the key for a room which is near by earlier room 😜. Same problem with taps, I wasn’t aware the taps should be used like pull and twist. Good to take the old room and returned her new key, she didn’t update the system 😭old lady right..
Next day went outside and returns to room,oh my god I lost my bag and 300 USD and other valuable items.. they cleaned room.
Thought to complaint to police as so many police are already in hotel and checking all rooms, don’t know what happened. Asked house keeping boy and he suggested to contact reception.. their system wasn’t updated when the allotted room to me..they thought old customer not checked out.. this is funny guys. Finally I got my things and warned them..
Other two days are good stay since they don’t disturb you. .
Compromise and take this hotel to save money.. worst staff. Ignore them due to their life style.. we can’t teach them how to be respectful..
Enjoy your Vegas personal trip by ignoring them and surroundings..
I enjoyed the trip, suggestion to take water-bottles package in Target for lesser cost and drink more...
