If you're in Vegas and looking for a quick, fun photo op, you gotta swing by the Leo the Lion statue outside of MGM Grand. This guy is massive and just screams "Vegas!" It's super easy to find, right there at a busy intersection, so you can't miss it. Taking photos here is a blast. Everyone's doing it, so don't be shy! You can get some really cool shots, whether you're trying to fit the whole lion in or just getting a close-up with his majestic face. It's a classic Vegas landmark, so it's definitely one for the photo album. But it's not just about Leo himself. Being at that intersection gives you a fantastic vantage point to soak in the city vibe. You'll see all the hustle and bustle, the bright lights, and just the sheer energy of Las Vegas. It's a great spot to pause for a moment, take a breath, and really appreciate being right in the middle of all the action. Overall, it's a quick stop, but totally worth it for the fun photos and a moment to enjoy the iconic Las Vegas scenery. Definitely recommend!

I walked in front of this magnificent statue in the summer of 2018 and found that it is accessible to all age groups and disabled people properly. The best view can be had from a bit far off and getting too close does not provide a good view. It is made of bronze. ♿️ This place has: Yes=Ramp access. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking.

After staying in the MGM Grand, this is probably the best thing about the place. This giant, regal, imposing lion is one of the biggest sculptures I've ever seen. If you are doing a lot of back and forth on the streets, you will almost certainly come across it. Normally, I'd suggest going out of your way to see something like this, but Vegas is so dense in its attractions, that I wouldn't suggest it unless you have more than a week to spend there.
