We stayed here for the night on our Thanksgiving weekend road trip. We were looking for an affordable decent hotel in the heart of Las Vegas. As many hotels have an exorbitant resort fee in addition to the room price, this hotel is reasonable with a resort fee of $5.67 per night.

Upon arrival, it looked like a cheap motel, with exterior room entrance. Checking in through the main office was quick. The front desk is in the same area as the casino and bar. The ice machine in the back of the main office area was broken, so I had to request ice from the bar.

Our room was on the side of the building. Doing a quick room check, it looked clean. The Queen size bed was on your left when entering. There was a couch and a table in the middle of the room. Bar like stool and one chair on the right, with a small fridge. Huge mirror closet with hangers, iron board, and iron enclosed. I liked how the sink was outside the toilet and shower area. The window curtains were dirty.

The bathroom light is enabled via a motion detecting sensor. Basically it turns on when it detects someone in the bathroom, but turns off in 30 seconds (I timed it) if no motion is detected. It became really annoying when I was using the toilet or taking a shower, and the light turned off while I was in the bathroom. I know they’re trying to conserve electricity, but they need to either increase the auto off time, or give the guest an option to turn it off.

The bed was super uncomfortable. The bedskirt was stained. The box spring coils had no firmness to uphold the soft mattress. We sank into the middle of the mattress when sleeping, and the pillows were smaller than average. Doubling the pillows made them too high, and the single pillow was too low and flat. We woke up with back and neck pain from a very uncomfortable sleepless night. Time to change the mattress.

Cheap place to crash for the night, but I don’t know if it’s worth sacrificing the essence of a hotel—sleep. Probably wouldn’t...

I stayed back in May of 2022. I stayed at a 1 bedroom room and it had a little suite—it was fairly spacious. Somethings however, the door was incredibly hard to open, my friend whom had been lifting weights at that time was the only one able to open that door because of how heavy it was.

We went out and about our first night, came back and noticed our window was broken—no one broke in, but the window just had a huge crack on it, which was really scary lol. We figured we’d worry about it in the AM, since it was already really late and we were tired, but then we were woken up really really early by maintenance to fix our window, which was a little annoying because it was really early and we had had a long night lol, but I also understood that they needed that window fixed.

then , once that was fixed, we went out and about for our day, my friend got plastered, we go back to the hotel.. and then my friend was too drunk to open the door, so I had to try opening it myself, and it was really really hard, then I saw a maintenance guy and asked him if he could help us in opening the door, and he couldn’t open it himself because of how heavy it was, and then accused my friend and I of not being guests at the hotel.. which was wrong as we clearly had our key card. Granted I was a little drunk myself, but totally did not deserve the slander given by the worker—and then finally the door was able to open after a lot of pushing.

So there was that, then as we were packing up, I had told my friend “oh I think you left your socks there” as there were some dirty socks on the floor all weekend , but then she responds with “no, I thought those were your socks”…… so we had a good laugh about that—bc they were likely socks that had been left there from the previous stay.

Anyway, the price was really good. We stayed at a 3 day weekend , and it was very affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for. Will I stay there again? Not sure, but...

Our travel agency booked us THREE nights in this „hotel“. I googled this place a few days before our visit and already had lowered my expectations, but WOW! Don‘t let the very kind & helpful lady at Check-in fool you; once we left the cigarette-smelling Check-in-Area / Restaurant / Casino, we realised how awful this place really is. The elevator was stinking like a weed-farm and didn‘t even work, forcing us to carry our heavy suitcases up the narrow emergency-stairs. Our room was right by the street and extremely LOUD. Street noises, drunk & homeless people yelling, police sirens- even at 3am. After a 12 hour flight, this was the least thing we wanted - bring some sleeping-pills if you want to fall asleep. The paint of the bathtub was peeling off, meaning you might just cut your foot open if you aren’t careful enough. The carpet was full of disgusting unidentifiable stains. The desk-lamps were stained. The „barstool“ / high chair was basically falling apart. The TV has the worst resolution I‘ve seen in the past 10 years; you can basically count the pixels! The bedsheets had stains on them. The mirror / wardrobe was dirty. The ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud and full of dust - if you managed to fall asleep in this place, then you‘ll definitely wake up once someone goes to the bathroom. The toilet was flushing & making weird noises every 25 minutes or so. The only positive thing was that there were no bed-bugs and that it’s in walking distance to the Sphere & Strip.

I might be a little spoiled as a German who is used to European standards, but it‘s needless to say that this place shouldn’t be operating like this. We decided to book ourselves a room at a different hotel for our last night’s stay before we fly out of Las Vegas. We‘d rather pay an additional $450 instead of staying at this...
