I spent 2 years of my wrost career at the Wynn, I gave my spirit, energy and sacrifice to provide my excellet service 5🌟 for the guests. I applied in most department for an office position, because I had the right education and relevant experiences, but they NEVER gave me one chance for the interview, job offer was Dream in the drawer that never opened. I tried to knock the door to some managers and one vice president, I present my self, my resume, my interest, their response was always ridiculious: " The position is already filled out", meanwhile the postion was posted 1 day before🤥🧐 and it was filled within 1 day🤔....show must go on😁... There is not a minimum 1🌟 internal promotion, lack of staff internal promotion. Nice and friendly. The Wynn uses the union to over work it's housekeepers. Many of the lady housekeepers have to work eight hours with no break or lunch to get their allotted work done. They also deny workman's compensation to employee that have valid claims. They deny you what the law allows by shortening your time to make a claim to the day of verses seven days. You can count on smile and cheerful appearance though. I'm am aware of several occurrences of this nature. Their is also a constant and exssesive turn over rate for a company that want to be elite.
