I don't believe you will allow me that much space ! First let me start off by saying the staff there was very pleasant and professional at all times,with the exception of the bartender,which I will address later. Upon arrival I was told there would be an additional hold of $100 which was refundable at checkout.This fee was never mentioned when I gave my credit card information over the phone.Thank god I had it.The reservation was for 1 adult and 3 children,the room had a grand total of 2 bath towels. The A/C worked like a charm,but there was no plopping down on those beds,hard as rocks. The furniture was all outdated and the sofa and chair had both run their course. In addition ,the sofa was a let out sofa, which could not be let out due to the way the mixed match furniture was crammed into the room. There was a coffee table in the front room but no table for eating in the kitchen area. They were however kind enough to stock the room with two bottles of water for my convience ,yet left a note card for warning me that ,if I drink them I will be billed for $1 each. I attempted to place parental controls on the TV's,but continued to receive an "invalid pin" message.When I contacted the front desk,he didn't know how to resolve the problem and sent someone to the room, although the service man was pleasant as could be,there was a language barrier and he did not know how to remove the previous patrons pin. The two of us played with it for approximately 22 minutes and he discovered entering 0000 would clear it and announced it in the presence of those I was securing from in the first place. I replied thanks buddy,thanks a heap !(Basically defeated the purpose). I then inquired as to where the ice machine was located and was informed that I would need to return to the front lobby to acquire it.,as there was only one. I order food to later be informed that I would have to pick it up they do not deliver to the rooms. So I proceed to the lobby to retrieve my ice and pick up my food order to learn the ice machine is not working. The front desk staff was working alone,but he was still kind enough to provide me with a full bucket of ice from the Bar. Now as far as the bartender Candace she started off rude and short/snippy,but after I tipped her $4 ,she became quite pleasant and I didn't complain because she made a Mean Long Island ($9.50).lol The food left little to be desired. I ordered the Meat Lovers bacon instead of hamburger and it was darn near flavorless,yep you heard it right $11.95 for a flavorless/bland pizza. I also ordered Onion Rings and received a total of approximately 7 small onion to the tune of $4.95,along with a order of French Fries for $3.95 and received approximately 12-15 fries,which were served in extremely large containers. All totaling $37.77 Hmmmmm Yes ! You guessed it,they charged me tax of $2.50 and get this, a 15 percent Service Charge of $4.92.( I felt completely violated although they gave me two $10 food and drink vouchers upon check in. Read moreThis hotel was very fake professional the worker are nasty and don’t try to accommodate with there guests.My experience I had at this place was terrible on the first day we payed for are room but it wasn’t ready so the lady at the front desk said she would ether call us that day or the next day to let us know when are room is ready we as in me and my dad who is handicap we don’t ever get a call that night red flag .then when we finally go to the room the next day it’s still not ready it’s no bed no remote no shower curtain nothing so I am just thinking what did you guys do yesterday nothing I have pictures.So Later down the week on are check out day the employees first they called to tell us check out was at 11 we said ok we started packing then around 11:02 they came and knocked in the door but it wasn’t just them they had security with them also they said they had to do a walk threw see if the apartment had any damage of course we allowed them to but keep in mind this is while we are packing and we had 2 other guest that were there to help us but they didnt check in the employees seen are extra guest and told them they had to leave the premises cause they never checked in then the employee proceeded to stand in the door way of the apartment watch and taunt and remind us that check out was at 11 me and my father telling the employees we tryn to move as fast as we can but I can only do so much my dad handicap I asked if they could help since they wanted to watch us and keep saying the same thing which was getting frustrating eventually they got tired of watching us and the manger told us that would give us till 11:41 so the employees and the security leave 30 min go by and they are right back upstairs watching us move the bags outside the door the only reason it took so long is because we were also tryning to find a cab because the employees said if we don’t have a room we can’t be in the arae After they came up at 11:41 we we done we just had to bring the bags down stairs I was waiting on my dad while he brought garbage down and finish making sure the room was decent I was walking in between one of the employees and the security in a tight space I thought the security guard would move a little bit because they both seen me walking towards them the employe on my right which was a female claimed I ran into her and said I was banned from the premises so this was my experience at the Rita suite I not from Las Vegas ima all the way from New York me and my dad was tryn to save money on a room and thought this would be a nice spot please be carful with how you talk to management cuase they like to play guilty when they really nasty people I wish I could say something nice about this place but this is by far the worst hotel experience I feel everybody working today should not be allowed to work there no more why have a job with people if your going to abuse your power and be nasty to people but have a good day just wanted to share my story...

Before I reserved the room I saw good reviews. A month before my trip I decided to check back and I saw the worst reviews ever!! Rita Suites has the most amount of Horrifying reviews online. I don’t know if they were hidden or what have you. Upon purchase there was free cancellation with my purchase. After reading so many horrible reviews I called numerous times over a 3 days period before I was able to get a representative on the phone. The phone rang forever without answer. The website says 24 hours communication/customer service so It was very frustrating when I Couldn’t get ahold of them. I was finally able to speak with one of their most Disrespectful staff who was very loud and answered my questions with an attitude. He was yelling at me on the phone as if I was his child. He sounded like he didn’t like his job. He told me they could not refund my money. They took my $264 for free. I was told that they would give my reservation fee back in a few days but it took weeks!!! I read lots of reviews that talked bad about their customer service so when I actually encountered the rudeness on the phone I couldn’t risk going there to experience it in person. I hope they used my money to upgrade their filthy facility because it seems like they really need it. Idk how Rita Suites can calmly steal people’s hard earn money for no or horrible services. It’s crazy! I booked a different hotel and went to see what Rita Suites was all about once I got to Las Vegas, Lord and Behold it was TRASH. Every Terrible thing I read on line was true. The building is old and looks nothing like the pictures online. The pool was disgustingly gross and had a awful smell. The fire hydrants were broken and the rugs were dirty in the halls. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I don’t know if they pay people to write good reviews for them or they must have some BLIND, DEAF AND DUMB people who rent their rooms. Maybe it’s mostly rented by drunks who don’t realize what’s really wrong with them. If you want to go to Vegas and have fun please don’t go to Rita Suites. It’ll ruine your whole prospective of a fun time in Vegas. You won’t feel safe and definitely won’t be comfortable. Spend your extra bucks elsewhere and enjoy your stay. The Tuscany Suites and Casino was AMAZING! I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to return. The room is 600 square feet and has a king bed. 1 room can fit up to 6 people. It has a living/dinning room, kitchen cabinets and sink. Huge bathroom with separated toilet, shower and bath tube. The list of WONDERFUL things goes on and on!
