Worst experience ever !!!!! Won’t recommend to go. Customer have to pay in full, even for the bad results. By looking at their ratings I went for highlights & balayage. When the thing got done, i got shocked to see the colour, because it was not even close to the colour I asked for. On top of that, my hair were done Ombré. I had very healthy and natural hair. They ruined them totally. I never asked to colour my each and every single hair(fully coloured them). I just asked for balayage with highlights. I got scared, coz my birthdanay was too close, I couldn’t come to fix them in ny busy schedule. But anyhow, they gave me 2nd appointment with different stylist to fix them. He tried to fix the mess and told me that my hair would need 1 more sitting (appointment) , gbeylmess correction but I should give my hair 1-2 weeks so that it doesn’t get damage. I got agreed. Then, they tried to charge me $300. Which was not the price they told me. I said I was told $210, then why would I pay you $300 ???? And on top of that, even $210 for what ? For the mess they created ??? They said “we had to do it again so now the price is $300”. I said why would I pay you to correct the damage you yourself made to my hair. It doesn’t makes any sense. Somehow, I requested them not to charge $300. Then I ended up paying $215. When I shared the bad experience with my Friends and colleagues, they showed my concern about even paying that $215 for the wrong service. After 2 weeks, I called Richard Nicolas another appointment to fix my hair. They denied, even the manager denied. I told them many times, that you guys told me that you will fix more but I’ve to give my hair a break…they hung up the call on me. I then went to the location to try to get an appointment and request them but the receptionist didn’t even let me complete my conversation. They said i can’t Help you sorry. I said yes I understand you as a receptionist cant help me. But can you listen me coz I am living with the super messed up hair ever. He just wanted me to leave. He said we cant do anything else. So guys, I had a very hard time with them. I will never recommend coz they wont even correct their mistake if any case. The thing that the did to my hair was not even close to the picture I showed them. The style and colour both were a huge mistake. I tried my best to talk to manager to correct them or give me refund. But they said clear NO. So please guys do...

You guys are terrible people and horrible professionals and LIERS It was the most horrible experience I ever had. I just needed to clean up. I have an undercut. They said that the woman that wash could do it, and she was terrible. She said she finished and she did nothing. I asked if someone can help her and a guy came very angry screaming at me that I have to let her finish. I said she said she did. And he is coming with a shaky hand VERY shaky hand and he trues to repair what she did and his machine is catching my long hair gets stuck in it and they pull around to get it out. TERIIBLE EXPERIENCE AND AFTER THAT they charged me also. Teribile experience. I can’t wait to get home and see how my hair looks in the back. I will not recomand anyone to go to the screaming very shaky hands guy FRANKIE SABA ….TERRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE Obviously that after I got home i noticed in a second my line wasn’t clean at all and I will need a new haircut this week. I’ve never had such a bad service in the USA and I had a few not so good experiences. This place is truly terrible.

Read morei went in for a consultation, as i’d been hoping to get my poorly dyed brown hair back to my natural blonde, lol. when i arrived i was seated right away which was a relief, and i unfortunately can’t be 100% sure that this was the name of the woman i spoke with but i’m pretty sure it was Jessica, and she was perfectly professional in talking me through the process they would use for my hair. i did however keep having to explain myself and what color i was looking for, and i noticed that she was becoming increasingly condescending, which made me feel kind of embarrassed and uncomfortable. she kept emphasizing that the overall process could cost anywhere between $500 - $2,000 depending on the number of sessions, and pretty reasonably, i was put off by that. with how heavily she was selling this long, grueling process, i was starting to wonder if i had like totally ruined hair that really needed all this, so at the end of the consult, i asked somewhat offhandedly about the health of my hair, and she essentially told me that my hair was a mess, lmao. i won’t lie and say that that was the word she used, but that was the gist and maybe i’m too sensitive, but it genuinely hurt my feelings. it was said in such a “mean girl” way and i don’t understand why because i thought i’d been very nice and at times overly apologetic with her. i felt really embarrassed and was quick to get up and leave. i never scheduled another appointment and don’t plan to. i hate to trash a business on google, and im sure she/the salon has made many other customers very happy—this was just my personal bad experience (EDIT: this was originally a 1 star review but i felt it wouldn’t be right to keep it that low following the business’ very...
