Ordered 3 nacho fry boxes, specifically stating one of the Doritos locos tacos should be a supreme. Got home and there was no sour cream in taco, even though I was charged an extra 40 cents. On top of that, the Doritos CRUNCHY taco was soggy and fell apart. Fries were stale and soggy. And the food was barely warm. There's no way the food should have cooled down that quickly as I live at most 5 minutes from this location. I called them upon finding out about the sour cream and was highly dissatisfied with the response, which was simply writing my name down and not being reassured that I will even get a properly made supreme taco in the future by saying "We should be able to give you another one when you come in". This is a common occurrence with this specific Taco Bell and it is aggravating. Poor customer service all around and their lines are always annoyingly long and end up messing up the order 99% of the time. Obviously not the only one who has this opinion looking at the other reviews and hearing complaints from family members and friends. Their staff needs to be properly trained on how to make food and handle customer complaints more efficiently. Read moreIn the last year, this location has improved from my experience. Last night was hectic and i still did not leave disappointed. I didn't get a receipt last night around 6:30pm or I would have left a survey (may have fallen off the bag when i grabbed it maybe), but there seemed to be a staffing shortage and whoever was making the food, did a wonderful job. The portions were on point, the order was exactly as ordered, and the food was fresh and hot. I only spotted one staff member and he had to look at the order, remember it, and run back to make it. He was hustling, too. I believe there was one other staff member taking the orders and such. I didnt catch anyone's name, but they did an amazing job and i hope everyone was patient towards them. I was told 10 minutes to get the food from placing it. It took half that and there two others in front of me. They were also letting people know at the speaker about the wait. Very hardworking duo in there last night.

Read moreI ordered from this place for me and some friends a month ago and i spent about a good 35 bucks with them and we was missing 2 expensive tacos and so i called them and after having me on hold or 20 minutes they answer i asked for the manager the lady says i am her and i told her i was missing food i just paid for and said i could come back and get it and she said ooo no we can't give you anything if any of the items are missing in orders our requirements are to mail out a free coupon for that item im like wow so now someone has to go without food thats ridiculous anyways she took my information down and i still haven't gotten anything from the mail and i will NEVER go that location EVER again! I can't stand liers and thieves!!😡😡 and if there was a 0 star rating thats what I'd rate this location!
