• Revised 7/2018 so one of the shirts that I bought had some issues where there were a couple of snags that popped here and there after a few months of wear. Not what I would expect out of a hundred dollar Italian made shirt. I mentioned it to the owner when is was in, more so he new that particular line of shirt had some issue. I had no other problems with the other shirts I had bought there just this one line of shirts. He thanked me for the feedback and when I return a week later to pick up the suit he was adjusting for me; guess what happened. . . . He gave me a new shirt. Brand spanking new as a gift and a thank you and a sorry about the issues with the other shirt. That's amazing service right there, simply amazing. The owner, Maher, was very polite, professional, and patient with me. Maher really took the time to explain the functionality of each piece I was shown and helped me find exactly what I was after. He chose a charcoal suit that looked and felt amazing even before alterations! He then found me a wonderful navy blazer (which felt as great as the suit) that fit almost perfect off the rack. Maher then helped pick out a couple of dress shirts, a perfect silk tie, and an awesome pair of dress shoes, all for what I believe was a great price! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the services offered here. I wasn't looked down on for not knowing much about menswear, and I was treated with the utmost respect. This is by far the best place you can go for all your tailor needs. The customer service is on a level beyond all other competitors. My first visit here was a few years back, after I went to several other places to have some work done to a suit. I had a suit given to me by a friend for his wedding (everyone had to match). The thing looked ridiculous on me, so I thought I would take it in and have it altered in order for it to fit correctly. Everyone told me “No, take it to where you got it from”. That was clearly not an option. I somehow found this place on accident, thank god. Not only did they take care of everything, which was pretty much taking the seams out and making a whole new suit from the fabric. He took care of it all in less than two days.
