Been a long time customer and friend to Bounty Hunter. For over 10+ years I have been coming here with my friends and family, and never have I ever been treated with so much disrespect and utter care less attitude by their staff or bartenders in my entire time ever going to Bounty Hunter until today. The new bartender ISSAC IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE.
I asked Issac what the special of the day was and he told me we donât have a special, that closed at 9pm..
I replied: thatâs odd. Iâve never known that deal of the day to end. Is that new?
He replies: What do you WANT. Sternly and without clarity to the question I just asked.
I say whatâs got you so hostile my guy? Whatâs your deal?
And he replies: thatâs just whatâs itâs like when you got me serving you.
Shocked by his rude comment, I reply: really? Okay well Iâll let you know when I decide upon something.
He then replies: Hopefully Iâll be around.
I say of course you will, thatâs your job.
Being served a dose of his own rudeness and realizing he is in the wrong he takes away my first shot of whiskey and I then proceed to reach out to Megan whom I have known for years directly and informed her of the incident.
Issac thinks he can treat long term patrons like this and have no consequences thatâs an absolute joke!
The consequences will only be for Bounty Hunter as I will make sure to continue to spread my occurrence here tonight at Bounty with all my friends and family whom enjoy and love Bounty, but will stop coming after hearing about this disgraceful excuse for a new bartender named Isaac.
Good job Isaac!
You just lost many regulars because of your rude behavior towards your customers tonight.
Usually the atmosphere is 5 stars but with this new bartender the atmosphere is totally toxic..
Will not...
Read moreFood was OK. As far as drinks go...I've ordered Long Island Ice Tea. What I ended up with was a tall glass with 75+% of ice and some mixers. This drink isn't supposed to be clear. Mine was. OK, I thought they may have have their own twist on this classic. No, they don't. I did voice my complain during a check out. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Coming from a fellow bartender. The female bar manager stepped in and was beyond rude and condescending. She told me I should've complain when I got the drink. What the hell? I expect the bartender to know what he/she is doing so I don't have to complain before or after I get my drink. I'm an older female and the "so called" manager addressed me as "honey". I've been in this business for over 40 yrs and NEVER would I behave in such a despicable condescending manner towards ANY of my customers the way that "manager" did. She practically told me I was stupid and to get out of there. Obviously I do not recommend this place at all. Horrendous attitude of the bar manager. What should've happened was: "I'm sorry you were not happy with your drink. Can we do any better? The first one is on the house". That's what I do at my place. That lady manager has no clue about how to conduct a proper hospitality service. The bar manager (the blonde heavy set lady) challenged me to the proper Long Island Tea recipe. I use this one: 3/4 Oz Gomme Syrup, 3/4oz lemon juice, 3/4oz Gin, 3/4oz Silver Tequila, 3/4oz Triple Sec, 3/4oz Vodka, 3/4oz White Rum, splash of Cola. Pour into Collins glass over ice (I fill it to 1 quarter of glass), stir, garnish w/lemon wedge, serve with straw. Theirs was not even close. I would not mind it too much but that woman's attitude was absolutely horrendous. She has no business in this kind...
Read moreAfter father's day breakfast @ the house, we played games in the back yard. We all decided to get lunch. Walked to the Bounty Hunter to grab a bite. Our parents drove. When they walked in and stated needing a table for 8, the blonde waitress yelled at them saying they should have called first. I get 8 people might be difficult to handle and a phone call could have been helpful for them. But, to talk to anyone the way she did is completely unacceptable. I wish the drama stopped there but, it didn't she ignored us for quite some time, then she was snotty to us when we tried to order. She didn't give us a beer list so we tried to ask about a few different beer's. She snapped back at us, saying we've NEVER had that beer.
This attitude continued throughout the meal ordering process. The place maybe had 9 other patrons, so its not like they were busy by any means. I will say she got all the orders correct, the food was delicious. All of us were very happy with our meals. My advice 1st would be, call ahead if you have a party bigger than 5, or 6 people. And or go somewhere you'll be welcomed and treated...
