I had my wife's 22K and 24K bracelets fixed in Nour's shop and they did a fantastic solid job. Now my wife is wearing her bracelets all the time. She can take it on/off with ease. 22K and 24K's are soft because they are pure 99.99 gold and they have a special lock mechanism so it is easy to break, having the clasp changed allowed her to take it on/off without my help. We paid a very reasonable amount because Nour bought the left over gold from her other bracelet that we had resized. My wife has her eye on a jewelry set that I am planning to get for our anniversary. They have a big selection of modern, unique and trendy designs. The store owner and her daughter attended to us, she was honest and educated us about gold and shopping jewelries online which we really appreciated. She speaks very fluent English. They were very nice...

The two stars is for the jewelry I bought from her previously, as they are good quality and I like them. The -3 stars is for the awful customer service that verges on disrespect most times. I kept giving her second changes because I believe in supporting businesses owned by women of color- but the disrespectful customer service is just not worth it anymore. We contacted her to inquire about a certain piece, and with the intention of going back to buy all the jewelry for a big event we have coming up but we were put off by the owner’s condescending attitude and lack of transparency. We were ready to pay her overpriced price tag- we just needed more info as one usually does when buying gold but she takes any questions about gram/weight personally & gets rude....
