We purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Emerald - it was by far one of the best experiences we have had for a major purchase. First, the product is exceptional. From a design perspective, it is very clearly designed with the customer in mind - it is easy to use, has smart features, and wonderful for therapy. Then, the purchase experience was so easy - Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and even found a way to save us a couple thousand dollars - not the experience we have had with salesmen at other establishments! Finally, Emerald is still interested in me as a customer after the sale. I have called a couple times to ask about wiring, chemicals, etc - they are always willing to help and knowledgeable about what I need. All in all a positive experience. Paul helped us finalize the deal and even let us come in and try out a tub so we could pick our jet packs. The tub arrived and must admit the set-up could have gone smoother. Discovered some minor damage on the panels but after talking to Heath they continued with set up and made another trip to install the new panels when they arrived. End of the day I feel like we were treated fairly and that Emerald went out of their way to ensure we were happy customers. I'll continue to do business there and appreciate all the help from Heath. Chris, the Manager of the Tigard Emerald Outdoor Living store is an excellent salesperson - he assisted us in finding the right outdoor furniture for our porch that met our needs and our budget. He was not high pressure at all but explained the differences in the furniture he carried which helped us make a better decision.
