DO NOT SHOP HERE FAKE RHINO 7 AND RHINO BLACK....This video store use to be cool. I was able to get LEGIT products there. Now they are selling the fake ones and they know it. I confronted a clerk about the fake Rhino 7 having ZONE stamped on the pill but it had t have TWO LINES stamped on the pill also if the product is legit. They have DIFFERENT packaging than the REAL RHINO 7 and they are just stamped with the ZONE but NO LINES. There is a Consumer Alert about these fake products killing people by lowering blood pressure, etc and the FDA pulled these products but this place still sells them. The pill is suppose to be the same color as the number 7 on the package with ZONE and TWO LINES. The pills in the display case are real but that's it. When you point this out to them they reply, "Oh I didn't know" but REFUSE to give you an EXCHANGE for the REAL PRODUCT in the display case. I recently left a review about 3 months ago (5 stars ,raving about this location ). Wife and I truly enjoyed this shop as the customer service was top notch and the product we found was exactly as we wanted. Honestly,it was the customer service that sold the product to us and The overall experience of being able to walk around and enjoy the store . Of course we can buy all these products online for cheaper but my wife truly enjoys going in and browsing . Tonight was different ,I was profiled and followed. As a someone who had shopped here on several occasions within a short span of time and never seeing the same associate twice ,you'd think you'd get comfortable. I'll leave my 3 star review as we enjoy your over priced vanilla products .

I will be back again, hoping the next time my wife wants to buy over priced toys that I am met with customer service and not with judgement...

I have always bought my toys online and never been in an actual shop, so I made a friend come along with me as I was a little intimidated and self conscious. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, I had a great first experience. I knew what I was looking for, but was open to a little exploration. The employee showed me many different toys, but in the end I went with what I knew I wanted. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pushed to try something else, and once we narrowed it down, I found the perfect toy. I particularly like that you can test out the strength of vibrations in your hands before buying, I didn't feel like I was going in blind and would have to cross my fingers that it would be strong enough.
