Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Portland

I love this Dutch Bros tremendously! Great Service and Great Coffee. My father died a year ago and the dark big curly haired gal that works nearly every morning willingly just gave me her number and said if I needed anything to call. MIND BLOWING! Honestly I know Dutch Bros has a reputation but for a complete stranger this service was phenomenal. I am not in Portland very often but every time I had been I was greeted by that very same girl and she remembered me no matter what. I love this place I do, but the last month I was in town I came to see all new faces working the morning rush and it was terribly SLOW and NO one knew who I was and the conversations just didn't seem genuine. Did the dark curly haired girl leave? If she did can someone let me know because I would love to hire her! Overall if you have something good DON'T change it! I feel terrible leaving a poor score but consistency is key when a business must grow. I have recently been back to this location a couple of times and found it to be a much better experience. Wait times were significantly reduced, and the quality of service greatly improved, so I've upgraded my initial ratings for this location. Credit to the management and staff. Well done!

I've been to this location a number of times, and while the coffee is on par with other Dutch Bros locations the wait time to get to the order window has a been a (minimum) of 15 mins with two cars ahead.

Occasionally, there will be someone taking orders on a tablet, but that doesn't speed up the process at all. This is THE slowest service of any location I've been to. When you reach the window, the staff are usually friendly, but it is hard not to feel irritated when you get there.

Pulled up with 2 cars in front of me. Waited for 12 minutes to get to the window. Asked if I could get a "plain coffee blended" and a not-so-hot for the kiddo. I was told "Sure, no problem!" When it comes time to pay I see my total is $8.75. The guy says "Here is your freeze" I told him "I just wanted a plain coffee that was blended and how does that cost $7" . He told me "A freeze is their plain blended coffee" I thought this was fishy and possibly BS. Rather then debate it or have to wait any longer (Already waited 12 minutes for 2 cars in front of me) I sucked it up and regrettably put up with it.

$7! For what I was told is a "Plain blended coffee" I should have sprung for my usual medium blended 911 instead.
