Have been here a couple of times. Always go for the fish and chips. The food was just okay. They've changed the menu. The fish was very dry and instead of them giving you a nice portion of cod or halibut you get 4 small burnt fish fingers. The Brussels sprouts were so over-seasoned with dressing they were swimming and couldn't finish them. They cook the flatbread at the bar in front of you and burnt it twice. Stayed at the Marriott Hotel which houses the Bistro for two weeks. I ate here frequently. Honestly, the best part of the dining experience for me was the guy behind the bar, Steven. Super nice guy that seemingly remembers what repeated customers like to order, their names, etc. He makes you feel welcomed and part of the family there. Great food!
