Stay away! I stay in many small town hotels and really just want a clean bathroom and decent bed too sleep in. Looks good as they are remodeling but ....Where to start? Was super nice when setting up our group reservation but down hill from there. I faxed him specific room requests and check in dates only to get there and find they are all messed up. I worked with him and verified everything on his computer. We then had a team get told their & told their room was canceled and they had none left. Gave them a single room, 2 guys one bed wasn't what they expected. Towel in one room was torn in half. We had to go get extra toilet paper and Kleenex as none was in room. Outside power outlets went out and he refused to turn them back on so we could use them. No ice machine it was broken. Seen one lady scream at him for a extra towel. They had 3 in thier room he said they only get 2 towels. Construction debris everywhere outside in back area. Very arrogant and didn't know what to charge us. Told several people in our group different rates then argued with himself to change them, really strange watching him talk to himself about the rate. Ended up changing us $100 a night said it was a great deal only to find a better price on the internet he wouldn't change it to lower price. Want to go for a swim lol not that they said it worked but sums up our stay!

Front desk personnel was very nice. Outside of hotel is in the process of being remodeled so it doesn't look very nice at all. But rooms (at least mine) was very clean and recently updated (obvious with paint smell) bed was ok little stiff for my taste but still decent. Pillow cases had stains on them although they were clean (smell of bleach). No plugs at all near the computer desk?! So you'll need an extra long cord. I don't like the cheap plastic flooring needs carpet in my opinion. Could also use a decent chair to relax in definitely room for something. But over all yes I'd stay here again nice place with decent surroundings and cheap enough to save money compared to other hotels.

. I was so appalled with the level of service at this hotel and have contracted viral conjunctivitis and this is the only place that I could have contracted it. We checked out yesterday morning, 6/10/18.

As I stated earlier in my verbal report, there were many flaws with this hotel, which include, but not limited too:

  1. Had to call front desk for toilet paper (there was literally 4 squares on the roll when we arrived on Friday, June 8, 2018.
  2. We had to request more towels, we requested 3-4 towels, but we were told that we could only have 2.
  3. One of the towels in the room to use as a shower mat had dirt on both sides. It was disgusting.
  4. The beds were not properly made. a) One of the beds had a fitted sheet, a blanket and a comforter b) And the other bed had a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter
  5. The pool was part of the attraction on the website, but it was abysmal. It was not in working order.
  6. There were cockroaches in the hallways and stairwells.
  7. The front office smelled of curry.
  8. The hallways smelled like burnt rubber.
  9. The outdoor stairwell in the parking lot was used as a dumping grounds for what appeared to be trash and other building materials.
  10. Lights in the hallways and stair wells were not on - we had to use our phones as flashlights to safely travel the halls.
  11. Ice maker and vending machines were out of order.
  12. No body was manning the front desk when we came back from our event that we came to the town for, my brothers wedding, and it was only 10pm.
  13. Called me in the afternoon to see what time I was checking in to the hotel, but I couldn't understand what he was saying, he spoke very broken English, which isn't a problem generally, but it was odd that he called me before 5 pm.
  14. The television remote was broken and taped together.
  15. The toilet leaked while utilizing.
  16. When the person finally brought towels to the room, he stood off to the side so we couldn't identify who was knocking on our door through the peephole.
  17. Burn holes in the comforter.
  18. The air conditioner barely worked. It didn't take any of the humidity out of the air.
  19. The parking lot was not marked well.
  20. Did I mention that I contracted pinkeye from the hotel's pillows?

I also included a picture of my eye swollen shut. Whereas; I went to an ophthalmologist this morning was diagnosed with...

Terrible experience! If anyone is considering staying at this Motel 6 DO NOT! I don't even know where to begin......I have stayed at other Motel 6's before and have been satisfied. I understand a Motel 6 is not a 5 star resort, and you get what you pay for type of thing, but at this particular Motel 6 I was legitimately scared for my health and safety!!! I guarantee there is some trafficking and/or other illegal activity happening at this Motel. To start off with the front desk receptionist (who was Muslim and spoke very broken English) called me in the afternoon to ask what time I was going to be arriving. Thought that was a little strange but didn't think too much of it. We get there and he tells me the room I had booked (which was a king size bed) wasn't avaible so we would have to take 2 queens. Ok fine not a huge deal. Then the price of my room was not what was listed on the website when I had booked so he had to called his "boss". They spoke in Arabic the whole time. When we get up to our room it was absolutely disgusting. Urine in and around the toilet. Hair all over the tub, toilet, and sink. Hair and stains all over the bed and sheets as well! The sheets appeared to not have been washed from the previous "guest". Went down to the front desk and asked for our money back. Said there are no refunds. It was late and we were exhausted so demanded new sheets and just decided to stay the one night (even though we paid for 2). The TV also didn't work and he had to come up with a "special remote" to get the cable to work. None of the outside doors to get into the building locked! We stayed the one night and left beight and early the next morning even though we had paid for 2 nights there was no way I would stay in that place another night. The longer we were there the worse a feeling I got about the place. Like I said it wasn't just a dirty motel; there is other activity going on there! Do...

I typically don't like staying at Motel 6 because you never know what you are going to get so when it was the only thing available in the area where I was working, I reluctantly booked a room. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found upon checking in, the staff was very friendly, the room was decently clean, the bathroom was ok but could've used a nice deep cleaning, room was quiet and bed was comfortable, the room also had a fridge and a microwave, which is rare for a Motel 6. I enjoyed my stay enough that when it was time to visit the area again a couple of months later, I willingly booked the room. The front desk called and asked if I preferred a room indoors or out. I had stayed outdoors on my previous trip so was hoping to get the same but there weren't any available for the first couple of days of my trip so I was booked into the building in the back. The building smells a little but it was obviously their cleaning products so I didn't mind much. This room was clean as well and the bathroom was cleaner than the one I had previously stayed in. The building was closer to the railroad tracks and being indoors, you can hear people in the hallway a bit but nothing too noisy. I only have two complaints about the hotel. ||1.The ice machine was down both times I was there so it would be nice if that was fixed soon. ||2. The beds in the second room I stayed in very apparently very old, no matter where I started out, I would wind up sliding downwards into the middle and I had...
